Ehhhhhh, this 7-Eleven is a bit sketchy. I’d say friendly staff but…usually some pretty unstable houseless people going around in circles in front, garbage around. I mean, feel bad for the folks but doesn’t change the fact that I don’t want to get harassed everytimr I’m trying to get a drink. I had to wait behind the door inside the store while trying to get somewhere just because the cashier was in front of me locking the door due to a woman having some sort of episode.

Here’s the edit after 4 months…
Staff is terrible. Rude. Loud. The place is always a mess with stuff laying around and the food is simply nasty.
Go across the street to Valero, might be a better experience.
Really hoped this 7-Eleven would be decent, but I’m guessing it’s on the list of locations to be closed. Good call.

Ok, I’m rating a 7-Eleven. But I have to say, this place is alright. They have what ya need at decent prices and the staff are always cool and fun to talk to. Probably more a 3 star, but I gave them a 4 for the staff and location. Hey, it’s 7-Eleven, leave me alone.

Created a second Gmail to leave a second review as 7-11 always replies and says " that doesn't sound right please tell us more" and then when you submit a case they utterly disregard it.

THEY BOOT PAYING CUSTOMERS IF YOU DONT LEAVE THE PREMISIS QUICK ENOUGH AFTER MAKING YOUR PURCHASE - plenty of others have said the same thing. Complete scam I do not know how this is legal. In 7 Elevens home state too. Despicable

Not sure why it’s worth leaving a comment. This store deleted my roomates comment after they booted his car 20 minutes after he was a paying customer. Worst 7/11 in the world. Despicable

Be aware! They won’t let you use restrooms even though it’s a Gas station!!!! They have sign ‘No Public Restroom’!!!! And they denied when we asked for Restroom!

Disgusting ? the attention received by a man on October 17, 2023 at 2.15 pm. I leave this data so that the owner or manager can review the cameras to see how this man denigrates and mistreats people and clients. I hope no Latino is discriminated against or mistreated anymore for living in a country that is not their own. The funniest thing is that the man looks Mexican.

Predatory, illegal towing with poor signage and scummy employees makes for hotspot of fail. Running a racket with Austin express towing and trying to own more spots than a convenience store sitting beside a restaurant needs.Threatened by a ponytailed guy after I called them out for their rude and unethical behavior (with no threats made by me.)

This Riverside and Lakeshore 7-11 was my go-to for 5 years, came all the time. The day time ladies make your day and then some—esp the one who greets you with a huge “Hi welcome!” every single time.But then you sometimes get the pony tail guy, who when he works there are never any wings, any pizza, anything at all in the case. And when you ask…wooo boy…excuses for days and always always rude until you earn his respect or something crazy like that in his head.Five star service when you’re lucky, and other times you have that guy or some other guy who wants to be airport TSA with a huge side of lazy. The customer experience here is too uneven. Bad for the neighborhood.

Was threatened I was going to get shot by the cashier, (African American, bald) while looking for the restroom, accidentally went to a wrong door. He then proceeded to say I would get shot if I go in there. I don't think my life should be threatened for looking for a restroom to use. Very unprofessional and very rude

10-8-23 The older African American bald employee threatened to shoot my friend because he had tried to use the restroom not knowing it wasn't open to the public. After that my friend left and I had got my items but he was very rude to many customers and he honestly shouldn't work here. He had very bad temper and made us feel unsafe. You guys can do better then this dude he hates his job anyways

Me and my husband took a cruise through our old stomping grounds on our way home from a day's work to one of our favorite stores to fulfill our cravings. Low and behold when we were ready to cash out & our payment would not go through... Damn GPay TOUCHLESS PAYMENT would NOT work and he did not have the actual card on him.. Long story short the Manager & his employee ended up letting us have our drinks & food & I just wanted to give them a BIG SHOUT OUT & ANOTHER BIG THANK YOU y'all are awesome..
