Disgusting ? the attention received by a man on October 17, 2023 at 2.15 pm. I leave this data so that the owner or manager can review the cameras to see how this man denigrates and mistreats people and clients. I hope no Latino is discriminated against or mistreated anymore for living in a country that is not their own. The funniest thing is that the man looks Mexican.

Predatory, illegal towing with poor signage and scummy employees makes for hotspot of fail. Running a racket with Austin express towing and trying to own more spots than a convenience store sitting beside a restaurant needs.Threatened by a ponytailed guy after I called them out for their rude and unethical behavior (with no threats made by me.)

This Riverside and Lakeshore 7-11 was my go-to for 5 years, came all the time. The day time ladies make your day and then some—esp the one who greets you with a huge “Hi welcome!” every single time.But then you sometimes get the pony tail guy, who when he works there are never any wings, any pizza, anything at all in the case. And when you ask…wooo boy…excuses for days and always always rude until you earn his respect or something crazy like that in his head.Five star service when you’re lucky, and other times you have that guy or some other guy who wants to be airport TSA with a huge side of lazy. The customer experience here is too uneven. Bad for the neighborhood.

Was threatened I was going to get shot by the cashier, (African American, bald) while looking for the restroom, accidentally went to a wrong door. He then proceeded to say I would get shot if I go in there. I don't think my life should be threatened for looking for a restroom to use. Very unprofessional and very rude

10-8-23 The older African American bald employee threatened to shoot my friend because he had tried to use the restroom not knowing it wasn't open to the public. After that my friend left and I had got my items but he was very rude to many customers and he honestly shouldn't work here. He had very bad temper and made us feel unsafe. You guys can do better then this dude he hates his job anyways

Me and my husband took a cruise through our old stomping grounds on our way home from a day's work to one of our favorite stores to fulfill our cravings. Low and behold when we were ready to cash out & our payment would not go through... Damn GPay TOUCHLESS PAYMENT would NOT work and he did not have the actual card on him.. Long story short the Manager & his employee ended up letting us have our drinks & food & I just wanted to give them a BIG SHOUT OUT & ANOTHER BIG THANK YOU y'all are awesome..

Very unprofessional cashier, October 14, 2023 12:20am. African American bald guy. Me and friends wanted to get a drink and he yelled and cussed at us said it was broken. We came a few days ago and he said “ dam again man. “ If he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working here and embarrassing a 7/11 franchise. He has a gun on his waist line I believe. If I’m going out my way and spending money at a store I want to feel respected as anyone else.

October 14, 2023 about 12:20am. African American cashier bald older guy. Cussed at me while I was trying to get a drink. Same guy 2 days earlier when I went up to pay he said " dam man you again ". I come to this store a lot. I guess not anymore. As a customer I want to feel safe and respected if I'm giving someone my money. If dude doesn't like that job shouldn't be there ruining 7/11 expectation.

I've been going to this 7/11 for a while now but found out the hard way that they have a highly predatory (and illegal) booting operation going on in their parking lot. After making a purchase at the 7/11, my vehicle was immediately booted even though I never left the premises. The people working there acted like I hadn't been inside making a purchase less than five minutes prior then suddenly remembered me when I pulled up my purchase history. This makes me think that management is in on the scam. Highly recommend avoiding this location unless you are looking for a shakedown.

I love 7Eleven they should have as many stores as possible all thur out every city in the US. It's the only convenient store that offer reward points for pretty much every purchase u make. U can do one of two things to ensure u get ur points each purchase.......
#1 use the touch screen at checkout (u'll see it there but if not ask the cashier what to do). Then type in ur registered phone#. Done!
Or
#2 have the cashier scan the barcode that's provided in the app. Done!
If I were u I'd try for the barcode in the app. It gives u damn near double the points. I've been told there's no difference but I swear there is.
