Horrible management. Pumped gas here and did not receive the actual gas. The pump was out. I even went back and bought more gas on the same pump and it was out. Manager would not honor refund. Worst gas in town. Shitty service.

This place is scary. I needed gas so I put my card in and the screen was stuck on āprocessingā. I was really low on gas so I went to another pump and it did the same thing. I locked my credit card because of this! If you are a woman do not go near here itās sketch.

The customer service skills used by the so called Manager was implorable I mean it was downright RUDE and I don't know how he is still in business,Please pray for him in his family maybe they are going through rough times, aren't we all! I really don't want to bash and am not because you all see my reviews and pics. It is what you see,No questions asked. If you really and only really... need to go in there make it quick and short because as soon as he gets the $$$$ then he might tell you...TO GET OUT. ALL for asking for my receipts cause I used 2 cards to filly car tank, and he refused and only gave me one, usually all 7-11 have a system to go back to correct issues and even for refunds even for legal issues, I said come on are you serious?, I said, ok and left, better than to have him call cops on me and try to lie on me, they have bigger fish to fry. Have a Blessed and I mean a Blessed day

Description: Falsification of change ($8.5)
Description: I am a tourist from Japan.
This claim involves an employee named HARI.
He first asked me where I was from.
I bought an S size drip coffee S size $2.50, gave HARI a $10 bill. HARI was waiting for some coins, but I didn't know how to use coins, so I showed HARI the coins I had. HARI took 4 quarters from my wallet. I paid a total of $11. HARI then gave me change, but I trusted HARI and did not count it at that moment. HARI then gave me an M size coffee instead of an S, saying it was OK. I felt he was kind. However, when I checked the change in my wallet a few meters after leaving the store, I realized that I had only received two one-dollar bills, for a total of two dollars in change. I had checked my wallet before entering the store, and there was no mistaking that I had two $10 bills. Therefore, I definitely did not give him a $1 bill. There was no way I could have given it to him since I did not even have a $1 bill in the first place. So I asked him, "Then what are those two $1 bills in my wallet? They are the change you gave me. Stop cheating me and give me back the change you stole.ā But he insisted that he had not given me any change. Since he showed no sign of admitting his guilt, I took the receipt and told HARI that I would bring my American friend to protest tomorrow, and returned to the hotel. The next morning, I asked my American friend to go with me talk to Chandra, the self-proclaimed manager. My friend was shown a video of me by Chandra in her office, and Chandra said, "It is indeed a dollar bill that HARI is giving her. But the image was so rough that he couldn't see at all whether it was a dollar bill or not. He asked for a clearer image, but was refused. He was also fooled into thinking that HARI had no place to return the change, and he was not allowed to see it. My friend pointed out that there were no details on the receipt showing how much I had paid HARI and how much had been returned. But that too was misrepresented and the receipt was eventually confiscated. I believe this is destruction of evidence.
If I had only paid with a $1 bill, as HARI says, the $2.5 bill would have been insufficient, so the story doesn't add up at all. When I went to protest the next morning, HARI was in the store, laughing and saying "Don't worry," which made me very uncomfortable. If he were innocent, I would be more angry and protest the opposite. I would ask if they was happy that he succeeded in ripping me off.
I admit that my failure to check the change when I received it was my biggest mistake, but how can a 7-Eleven, a world famous convenience store chain in the middle of Austin's tourist district, hire an employee to falsify the change with impunity? And what does it mean to use receipts with no details? I am very disappointed in 7-Eleven in the U.S. I have read reviews on Google and others have written about card skimming and other terrible stories, and I am very angry at stores where the entire workforce is involved in criminal activity. I am very disappointed in 7-Eleven in the U.S. I hope that they will investigate the cause of the problem and take steps to improve in the future so that others will not be victimized.

SCAM ALERT!!! Your credit card info will be stolen at the gas pump. This has happened twice to me at this location. Look at the other reviews too.

Holy smell! I didn't really have a terrible experience like everyone else because I was only here for a moment, but the building itself smells uninhabitable on the inside. That alone is enough to never return, it was one of the worst smells I've seen people be able to tolerate that didn't smell like sewage. It was just so stale and musty.

RUN, don't walk, away from this 7-Eleven! Donāt even bother pulling up this spot!!! The owner is an absolute nightmare of a human being. I witnessed firsthand the most despicable act of discrimination against a deaf person. When I tried to alert the owner about a broken pump, he not only ignored me but rudely demanded I find another gas station. This establishment is a pit of despair, with abysmal customer service and a complete lack of empathy. It's not just bad business, it's downright unethical. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. Oh, and to top it off, one of the employees is a certified creep. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID at all costs!

One star is a generous review. Good luck pumping gas, and if you have issues with your card at the pump, better luck trying to get the attendants to help. On three separate occasions after leaving this locations using my card, I received fraud attempts from my bank within an hour. This was my last time stopping today when I was trying to pump gas with my 9 month old in the car. The pump quit responding after I input my pin number. I was forced to go inside to ask for help, so I pulled her out of the car seat and went inside, where I asked if there was anything they could do about the pump not responding. The cashier didn't have much of a response when the guy stocking started yelling at us that all I had to do was hit cancel and leave. I was so caught off guard by the dude yelling at my daughter and I that I had to walk away. Never again will I support this location, even if it's the last place open in the city.

The Indian employee that was working tonight overcharged me for the 3 monsters I got. Or didnāt get cause they refused to give them to me and refused to give a refund. The monsters have been 3/6.99 all summer long. They have signs up in the cooler and he charged me 11.66 for the 3 then refused a refund when I called him out on it and refused to give me the drinks. Swear if you donāt know what promotions your job has you shouldnāt be working there. An issue that could have easily been fixed by honoring your promotion or by simply giving me a refund will now end with a lawsuit. Thank that employee.
