Reply to the owner: your cashier has anger management issues. Why didn’t you reply the first time I shared the story about having to call the cops on one of your cashiers?? Now that I’ve deleted it - now you’re concerned about fixing the issue? Terrible.

I forget the sweet lady’s name the times I’ve gone in shes mostly by herself multitasking for numerous of people and registers girl needs a raise specially since she worked on Valentine’s Day and yesterday is when I found out they now carry my favorite Starbucks coffee ready drinks yum they said the guys name was either Jt or Tj sorry I’m horrible with names but this store is awesome they’re so friendly I’ve been to some others where they’re very rude this one isn’t

It baffles me that I come in today and buy a roll (5) cans of Grizzly Straight long cut and a roll cost $38.32. I purchased a roll last Thursday at the 7-11 on East 7th St Austin and it cost $21.60. Needless to say I will never step in this store again. I know it’s a franchise location but $16.72 dollar difference from one location to another is price gouging and absurd!!!

Store refused to honor a promotion that was posted in the refrigerator section. Despite asking numerous times, the clerk kept telling me it didn’t apply even though it was posted!

The cleanliness and trash outside the store is depressing. Loitering is a big problem and the staff doesn't seem to care.

Shady place. Airlines crews do not go here. They will definitely try to charge you for more things than what you have. If they say it’s buy 2 get one free, it definitely isn’t. It’s stealing plain and simple… If business is that bad and they need $5 donations here and there they should ask, otherwise it is illegal and considered a crime in the USA and The State of Texas. Hopefully my credit transaction information wasn’t sold on the black market….

New management or not, a worthless 7 eleven. This location works extra hard to pull one over one you. Go a few blocks south or north to a location that will at least pretend to want your business.

Pump 1 didn't take credit card and when I went in to pay In person the pump still didn't work after walking back and forth twice before I asked for a refund. This place is poorly maintained and a big joke.
