I went to this location a few times and for the last time yesterday when the clerk decided to yell at me as if I was her child. Why? Because, I attempted to get gas and the pump did not come on, so as a customer I informed her of that. It was at least 5 people in the store at that time. I prayed about it and return to the store to try and talk to her and give her the chance to apologize for her unprofessional behavior. I gave her more than she deserved with the benefit of a bad day. She said in a nasty way “what do you want an apology”? I said yes, she said no I will never give an apology to you.” So I asked who was the owner of the store. She said in a sassy manner “my sister.” Then said goodbye have a good day sarcastically. I left and have made the decision not to ever return. I shop where my business is appreciated not disrespected. I can’t tell others what to do, that is your choice. There are so many good businesses in Austin that would appreciate new business. After reading the reviews it all relates back to the clerk.

When I walk into this 7-Eleven and ask for a gas receipt, the clerk tells me to get in line behind 5-6 people who are buying things. If you are not going to supply your pumps with receipt paper, do not further waste my time inside the store. The clerk could have printed the receipt in the same amount of time it took her to tell me to get in line! BOOOO! Go the the Chevron. It's very close, and they have half a clue.

This has to be the absolute worst 711 in Austin. Their customer service skills are absent. They never have anything. If you ask them about an unstocked item You get attitude in return there's never condiments like At other 7 Eleven, the first shift lady is extremely rude. She barely understands what you're saying. She swears at her customers. They I have no respect at all for their customers. All the care about is the next bug. All the care about is the dollar. I have no idea how this place is still in business or how the 711 franchise is Still allowing them to stay open. Avoid this place

Terrible cashier service! I have the rewards program and I wish these barely able to speak English attendants would allow us to first, put in our numbers associated with the program for points, and second allow us to choose if we want to save money, (which I did have the option to; $1.00)….It’s rough out here and they make it even harder…

I ask the night shift clerk if I can order a pizza she says yes. I only have pepperoni and cheese. I said fine. Let me have a pepperoni then she goes and says well. You can have the one that's in the glass case I tell no can I have a fresh one? She says no. Actually we have to sell that one first. You would think you get a whole fresh pizza if you're ordering one. Not the one that's been in there for who knows how long. Just the worst ????

I don’t know about the quality of the gas, but their price is low and it is as posted on their marquee; which (unfortunately) is unusual. Most gas stations post a price that require you to use their gas card or cash only etc. Here you get what you see and that’s what Texas is to me… better or worse. If you didn’t have to go into the building to get a receipt, they would have gotten 5 stars from me.

A gas station that has a sign on the door stating no public restroom. So yeah, I won’t be visiting again!

Neither the gas pump card readers nor the in-store card reader work reliably, and it's led to lines of over 20 people and employees shutting down the store. The owners refuse to replace the defective equipment and argue with / antagonize customers that it's somehow "their fault" - even when they have to argue with one person after another in a line. This is terminal cheapness, and antagonizing customers due to your own faulty equipment is absolutely unacceptable.
