I am starting my workout routine again and needed some protein so I decided to check out 5 Star to see what they had to offer. It's clean and nice inside with a wide variety of protein as you would expect from a nutrition store. But let me tell you about their customer service!Jacob helped me pick out the right protein and stuff for my goals but not once did I feel like I was being upsold. He genuinely wanted to help me pick the right stuff. He's one of those people you trust right off the bat, I felt as though I was getting my protein from a friends shop. I their prices are competitive and it seems they are running different promotions etc. I will be buying all my protein and supplements from them now due to the knowledge base and customer service! Thanks Jacob!

Amazing experience. Got my free body scan done and Devon helped me find a good protein powder that fits my goals. The manager Jacob was super nice and hospitable. Great customer service!

I really enjoy coming to this place to get my supplements. I just left there and I couldn't have had a better experience. David's energy, along with the rest of the team's was very welcoming and energetic. Customer service was immaculate ? Very very helpful?

The people who work here no matter who it was at the moment I came into the store was nice and helpful. They have the machine for fat muscle measurement and then they explain to you what the results mean, for free. They have a lot of great products like keto protein bars, vitamins, protein powder.

Stopped in today to purchase some protein and was greeted with amazing customer service. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of their products and really go out of their way to ensure customers get exactly what they are looking for.I HIGHLY recommend this location for anyone looking for great protein and supplements.

The staff here are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's a totally welcoming environment. They offer great advice--yes there's an element of salesmanship there, but I've never felt like they're motivated to make a sale than to help me get what I need.

I love the staff here. I'm pretty sure they're the only people who care about my fitness goals besides me. Like, seriously, they cheer me on and pump me up! Their recommendations for products have been spot on and sooooo helpful. They aren't pushy, just informative.
