My gracious appreciation for this company and the efforts that were made to accommodate me beyond all my expectations!
Bravo for a job well done, shout out to Kirk-GM, Joe-Service Mgr and technician whose name I cannot recall. This business is a well oiled machine they value their customers and products speak for themselves.
A few months ago I purchased shocks for my lifted 2020 GMC Sierra AT, to my dismay the new shocks failed. Since I now live an hour away they ordered the shocks and scheduled an install appointment. Well my parts did not ship as planned, I was later notified after I had dropped off vehicle for repair could not be completed that day. I was informed that my truck would be kept in the shop overnight which definitely gave me piece of mind. The technician noticed that warranty replacement of shocks would not fix my problem. Turns out the lift kit had a revision on the front spacers and needed to be changed, my lucky day the store had them in stock and changed them out!
Work was completed after closing but they take pride in their workmanship and the customer’s satisfaction…for that I have all the time in the world for!
30 years of loyalty patronage, I will continue to do so until my last truck…. Thank you,

Not only did they work with me, and provide great service and recommendations, but exceeded expectations.
Oscar and the GM opened up the shop as well on Labor day just for me to receive my car knowing the importance of having it for Tuesday.
Great team and the pricing was more than fair - I spent prob 7k on this rig and will ensure every recommendation goes your way.

Oscar greeted me and asked how he could help me as soon as I walked in the door. He is very knowledgeable about trucks and advised me immediately of possible issues with the item I was having installed on my truck. Thank you Oscar for all your help. I look forward to the next time I visit the store when I plan on having an exhaust system installed.

Got automatic steps installed. Upon install they didn’t work when opening the doors and guy had to reset them right away. Few years now and they come down and up while driving even when not opening the doors. Sometimes when parked it will stay down mind you I have lights hooked up to them so sometimes it drains my battery. Instead of fixing what seems to be a faulty install they want me to take it in and pay for labor. Nope I’ll be going somewhere else. This is after spending roughly $30k at this place. Sorry I’ll be taking my business and everyone I can reach to go somewhere else

Oscar at 4WP in Austin has taken care of me on a couple of upgrades that I've done on my Ram 2500 and Bronco.
Most recently I did aftermarket PowerStop brakes and rotors along with new Bilstein shocks. He helped me price matching that I found with a competitor and also helped with my Veterans discount. The guys at the shop are extremely knowledgeable and I get top-notch customer service!

Needed add a bit more height to my new 2024 AT4 HD so could safely add some more beefy tires but not mess up ride. Did a 3" RoughCountry lift with the M1 upgrades & red control arm, after professional consult with Oscar by phone. It turned out fantastic! Took it out on toll road doing 85mph afterwards. Ride was better than the prior Rancho 1.5" lift from GMC. It did take a bit time but id much rather have quality work done vs a quick hack job. The guys were awesome & helped me price out some spacers & tires in coming days. Big thanks to Oscar & Andrew for their product knowledge, sincere customer service, & "let's do this" attitudes. Been to a few 4WP stores & this one is quality. Thanks
