I have been coming here for 6 years and it has steadily declined. Two weeks ago I saw cockroaches in lockers, today there are homeless and illegal aliens in the parking lot! I either will try other location or just find another gym altogether. This is worse than LA where I’m from.

It’s lost a lot of its appeal to me after Carlos left. He used to often give me a subtle thumbs up like “you good?” All the bald guys that work there are pretty cool and are always open to conversation. Patric and Eric are my two favorite ones there. All the other staff members aren’t all that welcoming tho save a couple of the newer ones but I haven’t had much of a chance to talk to them.
I will also say that after I had a talk with the staff about the cleanliness they have definitely upped their game. Paper towels and spray bottles are always full now and the trash cans empty.
I also think they should change their name because they aren’t open 24 hours anymore.
How come all the bald guys are the cool ones there? lol

Good experience - staff was very friendly, especially guy who was working at the counter on Thursday (08/01, 6ish). Really appreciate that he made the effort to give me a tour of the gym.

When I came to this gym I thought it was 24 hours but it isn't, they always close early on weekends and from Monday to Thursday at 10 and someone who leaves work late doesn't have much time left maybe later they will have it again 24 hours hours

Fitness class hours here are terrible. And only about 4 different types of classes. They start so late in the evening. Parking lot unsafe. Cars broken into and lots of glass on the ground. Very dark at night and very little lighting. Also alot of unsavory people hanging around the parking lot for no reason. Inside is old, dated, and disgusting

Nice staff, but whole gym really needs an overhaul. Very dirty in lots of places, broken equipment, steam room out of service, multiple showers not working. Nice they turned old kids club into a private-ish room with basic equipment, but felt warmer than rest of gym. Not a fan of co-ed sauna either. Sauna also had a weird smell. Sufficed for a trial, but wouldn't join.

Mediocre gym…the blonde lady at the front is usually in a bad mood or not so friendly it seems. The male staff are nice

Hours are criminal. Makes it packed until close. Pretty gross but have some solid machines.

I joined 24hr fitness because of the heavy bag and the punching bag. Both are no longer at this location. The fans in the locker room need cleaning from dust built up on them, and the pools are not clean in a timely manner.

This gym have everything from free weights to weight machines to cardio to tracks to pool to sauna and steam room they got everything but one thing I don’t like is the vibe and the lights they have set up at every 24 hours fitness it make you feel sleepy and demotivated and not as pump up and ready for a heavy PR or a good workout

The worst gym I’ve ever been to. The equipment is archaic and looks like they don’t wanna upgrade anytime soon. The staff thinks too highly of themselves and are unprofessional so I won’t recommend it to anyone. Disappointed.

At some point this gym used to be dirty, where you could see sweat marks on most of the machines. The new cleaning crew (guy with long hair) does a really good job maintaining the gym clean. Also Eddy (sorry if I misspelled the name ) in the front is very friendly. Every time Eddy is on the front, he greets everyone with a “ good morning (Mr. Or Mrs. person’s name) how’s your morning going enjoys your workout “ the fact that he acknowledge people with their name shows the he pays attention to whom walks in through the door making you feel welcome. Also on your way out he always says “ have good days ( Mr. Or Mrs persons name ) I hope you enjoy your workout we will see you tomorrow “ he might not see it but in some kind of ways he motivated people on their way in and out making you wanted to come back the next day Vs the rest of the staff whom just look at you when you come in as you scan your QR code or put in your number.!!

While the rates are affordable, this place is the pits! I've been a member for over 20 years and it's falling apart. The roof ALWAYS leaks, which makes me wonder about mold, and equipment is constantly marked "out of service" with no repairs being done. 7 of the 19 treadmills are broken. Horrible!
The staff are pleasant, at least.
