I took my phone in because of a proximity flex cable malfunction underneath the screen was causing the entire phone to crash and reboot every 3 minutes. I knew this and had the panic logs, and when I took my phone in, they charged me about $300. I paid thinking my phone would stop rebooting, but when I got my phone back I noticed I had a new screen, which I did not ask for as the old screen wasn't even cracked, nor was it what I was originally asking to be repaired at all. Even worse, the phone was still rebooting every 3 minutes, so I had essentially paid $300+ for a new screen I didn't need and the main issue was still persistent. The guy told me he could take the damaged cable out and replace it for an additional $100, but at that point I had basically paid $300 for no reason and, being a college student, I can't just spend all my rent money on something that should've realistically been fixed in the first place.
If you plan to bring your devices here please be very very direct and clear with what specific repairs you need done, while acknowledging what might be damaged but still functional. This was a lot of money down the drain for a college student, and could have been avoided if maybe I was clearer at first.

Repair was fast but the screen wasn’t as sensitive as it was before. Guy said it’s because it’s an off market screen which is understandable. Two weeks later the screen broke again, and their definition of warranty is very limited. Disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend going here, they don't seem conscientious or diligent in their craft.
I took my phone in to get a broken screen repaired. When I went to collect it, I was informed that it was overheating as they charged it (and was hot when they handed it back to me), which it had never done before they had it in their possession.
I was subsequently not able to charge the phone at all. I took it back in and was informed that there was now somehow also a problem with the charging port or battery and that it would be fixed the next day.
On coming back to collect it again, I was informed that there was now inexplicably 'mother board damage' and that nothing more could be done because the phone was shorting out and overheating. They put the old cracked screen back on as a nice favor also. So essentially, I brought them a working phone with a cracked screen and got back a dead phone with a cracked screen. Of course they will deny that it was anything they did. They did refund what I had initially payed.
I had to give one star to post this but I wouldn't have otherwise.

After hearing many positive referrals, I decided to get my back glass replaced on my phone here. I called and received a quote/timeframe (same day, 4 hours) to get my phone repaired, however, when I showed up to my appointment, the price was significantly higher and I was told that I would have to leave my device overnight. I reluctantly decided to continue with the repair, which was a big mistake. When I picked up my device, I discovered the flash did not work, the cameras have a hard time focusing, and calls do not maintain a consistent connection (often cutting out and failing). I returned to the store the next day to see if something could be done to fix this, and I was told that the laser module used to remove the adhesive on the back glass often damages or breaks components of the phone such as the flash, and they said I should have been made aware of it before I started my repair. I was not told about any of this when I dropped off my device, and when I asked for a solution, I was told I would have to schedule another repair at an additional cost. Overall, this entire process was extremely frustrating and has included several hidden curveballs which have come to be much more costly than originally planned. I would advise you to take your business elsewhere as there are shady practices here that take advantage of customers. The price is much cheaper than going through Apple or a certified repair store, but you truly get what you pay for.

75 dollars for a “diagnosis” on my laptop. I told him the issue and what the internet said to fix it . He calls me and says I need to replace the whole laptop and returned it not even turning on lol. Legit paid for him to break it more. Took it to a different place, got a free diagnosis and they fixed it with the solution from the internet like I had told the this guy. Only charged 45 for labor at this other place and had it fixed immediately.

Tl:DR They damaged my phone while repairing the screen, then two weeks later when the screen stopped working they refused to honor the warranty. Unless you like filing disputes with your bank, get your phone repaired elsewhere.
About two weeks ago, I went to repair my broken phone screen here. Outside, they have a big sign that said lifetime warranty and I asked them about this. They explained that the warranty covered the screen and any problems that weren't caused by user error (water damage, dropping it, etc. etc. etc.). That seemed eminently reasonable so I got it repaired. Immediately after it was repaired, FaceID stopped working. They apologized about this but I understood an since my screen was working and I understand that apple products aren't the most repairable, I was happy with my now mostly functional phone with a working touch screen.
About two weeks later, my phone screen stopped responding. I brought it in, expecting them to honor the warranty and the employee working there refused. He took my phone from me, wiped it and then insisted that there was a "giant scratch" and they couldn't fix it. I looked carefully and asked him to show me the scratch and I couldn't see a thing. While I understand he was just doing his job, he was incredibly rude and accusatory -- refusing to give me the phone number of the store owner so I could talk to him. I ended up calling other location and speaking to the owner John. He was incredibly aggressive and rude, repeating that my phone had a "giant scratch" -- a patently untrue statement that they clearly are making to avoid having to honor the terms of their service.
Since I've seen the owner respond to these comments with similar accusations, I'm attaching photos of the phone with the supposed "giant scratch" -- clearly unblemished.

Got my phone screen fixed here just for a few cracks. I understand a third party screen can cause glitches as it is not compatible with apple but it was SO glitchy i had to go back the next day, and got it fixed again. Then i went on a trip for 3 days out of the country and right before my flight it stopped working. the screen was worse than before, nonresponsive and absolutely frozen, but again it was a screen issue and not an internal damage to the phone because i am still getting notifications. It is extremely inconvenient and i paid $160 (after saving up for months as a college student) for two separate issues by the same screen fix. When I called they were rude about it, even though they offered to fix it again, but it is the third time now and I have lost trust. Do NOT recommend going here.

Just brought my Iphone into his shop; microphone isn’t not working on it. He told me that if he fixed it, it’d break immediately, so I might as well get a new one.
Any repair guy who talks himself out of a job is 1) honest and 2) worth 5 stars
