Shenkia was great, she gave me several ETA updates and sent pictures of my car safe and sound. She definitely went out of her way for me!

All of the other reviews are spot on. I was in a foul mood that my 2 year old car died and had to be towed and Shenkia made my day better. I would 100% use her again, saving her contact in my phone. She took great care of my car and kept in touch with me every step of the way.

Arrived promptly and the gentleman was very professional and respectful. He towed my car as asked and with a smile on his face even in this cold weather. I had a horrible experience yesterday with a different company so I appreciate my experience today with 1st Call that much more. Thank y’all.
