Located east of Denton, Texas, I was there to attend and photograph an equestrian event in mid-2021. Parking was convenient and ample near the arena and the ground had mostly dried after recent rains. However, you'll want mud/paddock boots handy if you're there the day after a rain. If you're trailering a horse, there is a large paddock area with room to maneuver and park.The covered arena is very nice and they have vertical sun screen shades at most points around the perimeter to help block a rising or setting sun. However, this diminishes the available light and the ceiling lighting is inadequate to make up the difference. Photography therefore, is a real challenge and even simple viewing of a rider on the other side of the arena is less than optimal. Better lighting would help. The sun shades also limit the number of viewpoints available for spectators. And if you want a seated viewpoint, you'll have to bring your own chairs, since there are no grandstands. Restrooms are available, but there is no food service, so bring your own snacks and drinks. All in all, it's a nice venue, but a few modifications or "extras" would make it stellar.

I love everything about this Ranch, Rachel is sure amazing, so informative, very knowledgeable, and a great person all around. The stables are amazing the facilities are top notch. Safe for all family members

We went for a combined test show, and this is an amazing property through out. Beautiful grounds, wonderful facilities, and clean bathrooms. I'm looking forward to the May show.
