I shipped an I phone 14 , and UPS has no idea where my package is. This has happened in the past with UPS as well. However, I shipped a brand new Lap Top through Fed Ex , and it arrived no problem as always. I have never had a problem with Fed Ex. UPS is always a problem. I hate saying that , because I have 2 relatives that work for UPS. If you are shipping an expensive item, please go through Fed Ex.

Drop and go. Friendly staff, not real organized and clean but efficient. Feels like a cargo room. Gets the job done.
