“I have used Christian brothers one time about a year ago for something pretty simple and was impressed with their work and communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. I brought my truck back to them for an oil leak alignment and tire rotation last week and they were so informative on exactly the issue of the oil leak sent text message with a link to pictures of the problem which is awesome! I got my truck back last Friday and noticed over the weekend it was still leaking oil so I brought I back and they looked it over and gave me a call and let me know that the seal on a part they replaced didn’t seat completely so they went back in and fixed that. They drove it several different times to make sure it was not leaking again they even took it to a car wash and had the undercarriage completely washed they went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed completely and no more oil leaks. It is hard to find honest mechanic shops these days especially when it comes to a big chain. They have forever gained a customer in me. Alex was amazing to work with on this whole process. I couldn’t be happier!! To top it all off I live about 30 mins away from their shop and they personally delivered my truck to my house this morning!! Never had a shop do that before! Thank you to everyone who worked on my truck and put great effort and pride into fixing it!!”

“My Tesla Model 3 was experiencing squealing coming from the front wheels. Since it has 100k miles, I figured it was time for brakes. Bryan, the manager, took the car and said he would take a look. After an hour he called me and said the brakes were just fine, but since I use regeneration to stop, the brakes were likely not being used enough. I was really not expecting that level of honesty and integrity- I left the shop saying I needed new brakes and he could have easily put new pads and I would not have been any the wiser. Instead, he took 10 minutes to give me some ideas on how I can turn off the regen occasionally to keep the rotors and pads clean and free of rust. Will definitely be taking my other gas car there as it WILL need brakes soon.”

“We found this place after our daughter moved to Denton to go to Unt. My husband and I live far out in East Texas. On several drives to go visit our daughter we have had car problems and when we would get to Denton, we would go to Strandes Garage.they have now helped us with three different vehicles. They went out of their way to make sure we could get in and out in a timely matter. They worked very hard at diagnosing and troubleshooting what was wrong with the vehicles. One time we had run over a piece of metal on the freeway while driving in the middle of the night and they found it rammed up underneath our car took it out… They didn’t even charge us we have also had major electrical problems with another car of ours a Honda Civic, they kept working until they figured out the problem. They are affordable, extremely trustworthy, and excellent customer service. They are family owned and operated and you can tell. The reason that their parking lot is so full is not because they are backed up or slow is because they take your business and they work long hours and they get the job done. So people come to them from all over. Our son will be moving to Fort Worth soon and we’ve already told him it’ll be worth him to make the 45 minute drive if he’s got any problems to go to a trustworthy place. On top of this they have a service where if you need a ride back to your house to leave your car there they will take you back home and pick you back up. This has been very useful for me. And doing that I’ve got to speak with some of the mechanics and learn how good they treat them. They have continuing education programs to build loyalty and long-term relationships with their mechanics that they can trust and train. Can’t say enough good things about This place.
