I appreciate the respect, kindness, and thoroughness the staff at Tommy Rosales State Farm shows me every time I do business with them. Most recently, Ruby, walked me through ways I could save money on my monthly car insurance premium. I have worked with her several times over the many years I have been a customer, and each time she has been helpful and kind with a pleasant dash of humor, which I appreciate. Even on the phone, her smile shines through.

Communication with this entire company is garbage. No one apparently knows how to answer the phone, return calls, or has the correct open hours on the app. No one seems competent to handle anything it seems. Finally got some answers after calling the 1-800 number and waiting on hold for an hour. Don’t get State Farm insurance if you’re trying to decide.

The agent was super sweet, left a meeting to help me right away. My husband was trying to buy a new car and had dropped his policy when he sold his car last month when we move to a new state. So I needed to add him to my account for him to be able to get the new car. And he rushes to do everything, so I had no notice. I got off work and called just before State Farm's office closed for the day, and the agent was in a meeting. She left the meeting to help me add him to my policy. She was super nice about it as well! This is why I've been with State Farm for 10 years!

There’s a very good response from the staff and my advisor is Ruby she is very good and gives you good information and advice that we need in taking the insurance.
