Very nice parks and great location. Stayed at Shady Creek for 4 days in June and then tried out the Resort RV Park in July. Both are really nice.

My family and I have moved from Louisiana to Texas on behalf of the university I attend in Dallas. We wanted be somewhere we felt safe because I have small children, but Shady Creek offers so much more than that! They do various events for the adults and children, the park is always spotless and the pool is maintained. The staff are so friendly, especially Mrs. Dawn in the office! She has helped make our transition so easy. I highly recommend this RV park if you’re looking for a long term stay or a short one! :)

Stayed at Shady Creek for a month and a half for work. Very clean campground with nice management. Campground is mowed weekly and maintenance is kept up on the campgrounds. This will be my go to campground while working in Dallas area.

I have lived here for 7 months and I love this community! People that live and work here are kind and helpful. The traffic in this area is horrible, but I wouldn’t change locations because this place is great.

Great RV Park. Friendly staff, beautifully kept grounds, level campsites, super amenities including fitness room, laundry, pool, gathering areas & all well kept.
Several reviews have mentioned the traffic. This is North Dallas. It is just part of being there. We were there almost 2 weeks and will come again!

This review would have easily been a 5-star if it wasn't for one simple thing. In this entire RV park the men's bathroom has only one toilet. In all my years RV'ing I have never stayed at a RV park that had one toilet to serve every dude in the park.
Other than that it is really nice.

If you are looking for an alternative to or a location like a KOA, this park is a must try. Many of the residents are long term and just going about their lives so it's very quiet. They have a pool and multiple outdoor seating areas. One has a grill and fireplace. There is a laundry room, restroom with showers and an event center. There is free wifi but we did upgrade for $15 for a week because our grandson brought his X-Box. To be clear, this isn't a destination park but if you need to be in the DFW area give this a try. It's clean and well kept and a safe environment.
