“We traveled 27hrs from California to this Public storage. I reserved our unit online but it ended up being too small once I seen it in person. Kimberly was amazing! She helped me switch units to one that fit us best and made the process very simple. She was very thorough in explaining how the access codes work. She was very helpful and welcoming! “This is a fabulous, unique RV park. Managers are great! Clean, spacious and in the country. Full time and overnight spaces. Laundry room. Gated. Quiet. I love this park.Update: Philip picks up empty propane bottle from your spot, fills and returns it to your spot. When you have packages delivered they have an area in the (inviting) office designated for them. Teresa then texts a pic to let you know it has arrived.Highly recommended ?”
“My family and I have moved from Louisiana to Texas on behalf of the university I attend in Dallas. We wanted be somewhere we felt safe because I have small children, but Shady Creek offers so much more than that! They do various events for the adults and children, the park is always spotless and the pool is maintained. The staff are so friendly, especially Mrs. Dawn in the office! She has helped make our transition so easy. I highly recommend this RV park if you’re looking for a long term stay or a short one! :)”
