My family and I have been coming here for the last 3-4 years and we've never had a bad experience. Always great about getting us in on short notice when things pop up. The staff and doctors actually listen and are personable as opposed to most clinics.Jeff has been our main point of contact and our go-to since we started coming here. He's always been professional and is one of the main reasons we still continue to use Savannah as our primary care. Some of these recent reviews appear to have an axe to grind but we've never experienced anything but great service from both Jeff and Savannah in general.

THIS IS GOING TO BE A LONG ONE! I was doing my externship there recently, and the manager Jeff is completely inappropriate. Today I was asked to leave Savannah Clinic due to the incompetence of the manager who is a 40 year old man-child. I will not tolerate ignorance or racism from ANYONE! Today my school was disrespected in so many ways and as a student I felt the need to speak up for myself and the facility. The exact statement that was made was (students now and days are so stupid, ever since COVID -19 the students have gotten dumber). This statement was made directly by Jeff. I have been here at this clinic for over a month and it has been mentally draining. Being yelled at and talked to in a negative tone. Charging patients outrageous amounts when the co-pay says differently. Being put in uncomfortably situations like having to shave his chest hairs. Jeff being inappropriate with patients, like commenting on their race. Making comments about how sexy one sounds over the phone. The list can go on and on. He should not be in charge of any kind of medical office setting. He does not have the mental competence to have access to any patients records. I have been shadowing under him for over a month and I can promise you certain guidelines have not been followed. Of course someone who has dedicated 8+ years to this clinic would know certain things but not everything. I really wish the owner would due away with this incompetent man-child. The NP are lovely but as long as Jeff is working in any position in that clinic, you will definitely, have a few mess ups on your chart. He is going to ruin the integrity of this clinic. Please think about using a different facility, it won't get any better until he is gone.Sincerely CMA

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. The manager Jeff is completely unprofessional. He does not know how to treat patients. He is rude with a 12 year old attitude. I came in as a walk in patient and he completely dismissed me. Please chose a different clinic.

I can't say enough about this clinic. I have had nothing but the best experience every single time. Jeff has been an absolute blessing. I feel as though he juggles a lot of different hats at the clinic but no matter how busy he may be will always put the patient first. This man needs a raise!

It’s disgusting how someone such as Jeff can lie to my future employer and say I never worked for Savannah when I did. It’s really disgusting how he can get away with speaking to patients and staff the way he does.Get your facts straight because you’re going to start telling lies on me, I’ll be sure to start telling the truth on you!!!!

I have this white collar syndrome. My bp shoots up when i go see doc. Jeff talked to me really well made me laugh . All staffMembers are awesome and helpful.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. It took nearly two weeks to get my blood work results back and I was calling almost every day. One of their employees told me that it should not take longer than 24-48 hours at the most. I was lied to and got the run around and treated very rudely, both on the phone and in person. I was called a liar by another employee! Who treats patients like this?! I will never step foot into this office again, and I will tell anyone who will listen about my experience.

So hard to talk to staff. Have to explain things repeatedly like they refuse to listen but want to sound annoyed with me for normal issues that can just be fixed. Being here I was always being overcharged and when caught money wasn't there like I used it for something, fine keep it. I was charged for online visits when my insurance explained those are 100% completely covered no copay nothing for 2020. I paid for all of them and had in office visits which cost more when I wasn't physically there. Had to fight for refund to be sent to me because, would never trust to leave any blanance for future use because those seem to disappear. I thought it was no biggie let's just fix it but, no had to fight. Never had to pay so much for doctor visits over simple things. The labs, I still get bills paying high for extra things I was unaware we were doing once. A vitamin, full blood count, a pregnancy test and another time for a drug test for work, cost $1000s plus more for unknown tests. I think they just really know how to bill for extra. Idk but, will never go back. Still have to have my insurance go over them once more to make sure everything is as it should. Made we more aware for future visits to any place so, guess just take it as a lesson.

We moved to Savannah to give our kids a good neighborhood to grow up in. We thought we would try this clinic for our primary care as it was nearby. At first we were grateful as the doctor there seemed to sympathize with my wife's conditions. We gave up today on making it work as they acted very unprofessional. The new owner (Her Dr.) seems to be quite forgetful of her appointments and past prescriptions written. Though we have the bottle. Accusing my wife of drug abuse of all things. Not something you expect to hear from your doctor. The doctor who's name is on the bottle and prescribed it to her. Lupus is a lifelong disease. Not a surgical procedure you can heal from. It seems they weren't logging her charts also as she's told by a nurse practitioner that the reason she is overweight is because my wife lays in bed all day drinking sodas and eating out at Mcdonalds. My wife is a Celiac, this would kill her. The weight gain is actually caused by Lupus meds. I get that nobody is perfect. I was hoping things changed there versus the other reviews. I've worked with Dr's for over 20 years. Sometimes you see cutting up and gossip but that is to blow off steam and is usually not in earshot of the patient let alone said directly over the phone to them after storming out... Have to find a new Doctor now. I hope this helps someone else avoid the absent mindedness and petty drama! Stay away!

Would not recommend. Money hungry. Sucks, when you thought you could trust at least your doctors office not to do you wrong. Overcharged me for a good while and refuse to reimburse when insurance explained they need to fix it. They did for my insurance but, not me.
