Melinda communicated with me very little asking me few questions when doing my taxes. When she did give me the amount I needed to pay for my return, I payed it immediately. Later I got a letter from the IRS saying that amount was incorrect and I was charged a penalty for not paying the full amount on time. I reached out to Melinda sharing a screen shot of the letter. She did not reply to me. I sent a follow up email and didn't hear back again. I'm pretty frustrated because her services are not cheap and I have never messed up my taxes when doing them myself...pretty disappointing.

Need to know who the OWNER is of this FRANCHISE! I filed in February 3 yrs, paid Melinda about $1500, said 2018 accepted, should have received that and a STIMULUS by now... NOTHING! I have called other H&R Block’s and have also received same from this office. Was supposed to have a conference call today at 5:30 NOTHING! All I got was COVID and a hospital stay from this office. Sick a month. I guess I will need to report to IRS, if I do not receive a call. 3 years of returns I filed FEBRUARY 8th I believe! They don’t even know who I am when I call! According to other H&R BLOCKS all is a lie! Not even 2018 accepted!!!!! Unprofessional! Unethical!

Paid for 3 years of back taxes in February! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING! I Just want the owner to call and BACK UP THEIR WORK, or refund my MONEY! FYI great place to get COVID! Supposed to have a conference call today, no call! They won’t even take calls from other H&R Block’s! I will never go to a franchise. Just want the owner to call and back up their work! I’ll take it to next step! DO NOT GO THERE! -1
