“This gym is great and the experienced coaches are patient and helpful teaching me all the proper moves since I’ve never done cross fit before, nor ever been in any type of gym. I just started my crossfit adventure in my 40’s and the crossfit workouts push me to levels that I've not ever reached with home personal trainers/P90x type exercise circuits I've done in the past. I would highly recommend! The location is convenient and everyone is so very pleasant to talk to before and after each class.”
