People in this place are so nice, respectful and very accommodating not to mention the technicians are very knowledgeable this is my second time to use them and i strongly recommend them. They are expensive but fair and what is not expensive these days.

I have been taking my vehicle to Christian brothers for a couple of years now. They have been on the expensive side, but I thought I could trust them because I thought, well... they were Christian.
My car is 10 years old and had the ABS, brake and skid lights come on. They charged me $179 just to inspect. Then they came up with $1700 for replacing the computer and another $1000 worth of stuff that they felt that needed to be done for my car.
I took my car to DriveTime and they charged me $150 to reset the computer and the lights went away. $179 to inspect vs $150 to fix. What a rip off. Never going back.

Had a mobile mechanic change my wife’s oil. Needless to say he way overtightened the drain plug. I’m mangled it trying to get it out. I told Chris, I have my own oil, oil filter and drain plug and could you please remove this drain plug. They had the oil changed on my wife’s Jeep in less than an hour and the price was stupid reasonable. I ended up tipping his technician $20, that’s how reasonable it was. As a mechanic myself who doesn’t always have time, I will use Christian brothers again if need be!

We really enjoy the convenience of this shop as it is near home and also the ability to snag an appointment quickly. However, we’ve taken our cars here twice this year for our vehicle registration inspections and each time it’s taken well over the estimated time they’ve stated.
This week, I dropped off my car an hour before my appt. time for an oil change and inspection. They mentioned they wouldn’t be able to get to my car until the appointment time and that it’d be an hour to an hour & a half for the work to be completed. Perfect - no worries! I then called right at my appt. time to ensure they received the email with my auto insurance info. Meadow stated she’d received the email and that they were starting on my car. We call an hour and a half later - car’s not even being worked on ? at this point, my husband is heading out for work and won’t be able to drop me off at the shop so we coordinate me being picked up by their courtesy service once my car is ready. I call again now nearly 3 hours after my appt. time and they’re “just finishing up” with my car. They picked me up from my home and after arriving to the shop, I still had to wait several minutes for them to complete the state inspection now making me late to pick up my daughter. And unfortunately, I was still charged the full price for the state inspection with absolutely no regard to how inconveniencing this all was. Back to Integrity we go!
