Apparently I ordered the wrong size pair of pants and apparently it was my fault, but then they called me and threaten me by not to give me the pants that my company paid for until I took down that negative post. But the worst thing they did is they told a fellow worker that he needed to lose weight he was to big. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! What a joke...

I have used Blue Moon Sportswear while working for several different companies. (Clinique, NantHealth) They are great! Can't recommend a better group of people to get your logo'd merchandise and clothing from. They will provide embroidery samples and drop ship to your events. They take the hassle out of ordering.

I was pleased with the quality of the work initially. After the first order, I placed a second order and it was received incomplete, in several wrong colors, and numerous calls and emails have gone unanswered. I was overcharged by more than $1,000.00 and have yet to see a refund or the product. Buyer beware!

Blue Moon does quality work. BUT, be prepared to have to do back end work on your own. See, you must be prompt, you must contact them, and if you don't put in a deadline, you're waiting. They made a mistake on my order and printed shirts with the wrong colors. Instead of apologizing, I was told that essentially they did me a favor because I had not met order requirements. After boasting about their large accounts, my pesky little order didn't seem to compete in their pissing contest. A simple sorry and professional attitude would have been ok. I was told "perhaps a smaller printer would be best for you" as if our business didn't matter compared to Pizza Hut or the Mavs. No business or organization of any size should be made to feel bad when you make a mistake in their order. Suck it up, apologize, and do good the next time. That's how a professional works. In my humble opinion, buyer BEWARE!!
