They will offer you to take out wheel insurance at $ 5 per day, when you have a tire tire the company will tell you that they do not have a suitable wheel. And when you return the RV they will charge you thousands of dollars for each tire. Run away from them like wildfire.

I rented an RV for two months, they said it can be returned early with a week’s notice. I returned after a month, and they found an interpretation of the contract and stole $ 3,300 from me. Think twice before you do business with them.

A company of crooks, if you want to lose your money, then go there.They will tell you one thing, and sign you another.I got a broken RV, and they charged me thousands of dollars. Take advantage of me as an innocent tourist, thank you for this advice.

I have postponed writing this review, hoping the company would respond to my issues. Emails, letters, and even certified mail has been ignored. I placed my RV with American Dream vacations several years ago. The first location closed without notice and I discovered my RV had been damaged and was at a repair shop. No notice given. Finally got it fixed and transferred to the Denton, Tex location. It was very hard to get information about my RV and the amount of time it was rented was very low. Decided to remove it from their fleet. I have been quoted $5000 to repair the damages done to my unit due to lack of inspection and maintenance. I did not receive a final statement from them and they kept the rental income from the last month. Now I can't get any response from them about covering the damages they did not fix. There has to be better companies out there for RV rental. Could not be more disappointed and angry.

I didn’t even want to give them a half star but Google wouldn’t let me post without it. Don’t EVER rely on this company for your vacation. They canceled our RV reservation 2 hours before we were to pick up the RV and ruined our entire spring break. Apparently they don’t know how to manage their fleet and “found repairs” that couldn’t be made in time for us to have the RV. Parts couldn’t get there on time? You’re an RV company that should manage your turnaround time better in order not to screw a family out of a vacation. Do not recommend this company. Terrible customer service.

This was our first experience with this company in June - we rented a 27ft Chateau motor home last month for a short trip from Denton to Arkansas. Please be aware that the website does not indicate that the motor home may be quite used, ours had 95k miles, and had many defects related to age - broken shower door, broken drawer slides, water leak in the roof at the pop-out when it rains, and a non-functional generator battery - which the company did not refund our charge for generator use. The photos in the ad must have been taken years ago and did not reflect the significant wear on the carpet and upholstery. In addition, be aware that the company allows only 100 miles per day and charges $0.42 /mile over that short limit. So, watch out for longer distance trips which may incur a hefty fee for excess mileage. Otherwise, the guys working the rental seem friendly and knowledgeable, but I would recommend that they inspect the rigs more carefully before renting them out.

It was first time we rented an RV. We are glad we took it from american dream vacations. We had a good overview by the team and also the condition of the vehicle was top class. Dint have a single problem driving the RV.
