Tear this trash gas station down and build one with pumps that actually work. The owner of this should be fined for having half of the gas pumps broken. Gas pumps that are broken, but not marked off as broken, so you get out of your car and try and use it and then realize that it doesn’t work. And don’t even bother calling the help button because the workers just ignore you (probably an ADA violation).

It’s always something with this store, but living in this area it’s closest to me. Honestly I keep coming back because of Kira! She’s great! Always going above and beyond especially when it’s just her. She always make sure to smile and tell you to have a good day. Making sure you download 711app to redeem your points LOL. She’s literally the best and all she’s doing is her job (make her a manager if she’s not I’m already) even at night when it’s packed. I could only imagine how overwhelming that could be she handles it and everyone is out of there in no time. This young lady is amazing she turns your frown upside down honestly Thank You Miss Kira ❤️ 10/10 for her!!!!!

Upon arrival, I walked into the 5 both employees were on their cell phones. I stood there for a few seconds and said, "Hey, how ya'll doing?" 1 looked up and responded the other didn't even look up.This was such poor customer service.When I went to check out, I stood there while they were on their phones. From that point, everything else went well.

Went in to load money on my cashapp card like I have done so many times before and the lady at the cash register got mad at me for even asking her to do it claiming, “7-11 has never done that, the last guy just asked me too also.” I know I have done it here before and the app even says that it can be done here, which is fine, I understand it takes awhile to update things, what upset me is that she treated me like I was d*** for asking for something I know i’ve done here before. Very unprofessional.

Incredibly rude. Clerk tried to give me attitude because I asked for a bag while my transaction was processing. So I had them refund my money and bought my CHIPS across the street
