Accommodating employees should not come at the customers expense. My carrier has "a bad back" so I do not get packages delivered weighing more than 10 lbs. The supervisor is "accommodating" her so I have to drive over 10 miles rt to get them. I wasn't offered any other solution. It's an auto ship every two weeks. Two 15lb packages or 30lbs combined. The USPS wt limit it 70lbs. It was 3 days late by the time I could pick it up. Guess USPS isn't what it used to be. It's incredibly inconvenient and costly to have to leave work early to do someone else's job.

Wife dropped in to send a package a couple of days ago. The lady at the window was most helpful and told her how to send the package the most economical way. Great service, thank you.

This is one of the worst post offices we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. The lady who delivers our mail stopped delivering our mail because she claimed our box was blocked by our trash can. Mind you, our trash can is on the complete opposite side of the yard. This is pure laziness, and perhaps even dishonesty. Do better. This is unacceptable.

The driver that delivers to my house is too lazy to get out of vehicle to leave packages. No attempt is made he just leaves a notice
