Live 2 miles from there. Got haircuts in a small building beside the old gas station about 50 or so feet from the marker around 1965. Most people call it 3 states.

Always showed out of state family members. Been here my whole life and glad to see an actual marker up and sign.

Google maps did not take me to this monument. It acrostic took me to the confederate mother's monument in Texarkana. Not where I wanted to be. Please update your directions

Had I researched this marker I would have better planned my trip. Its a waste of time. It would be a bit nicer if not for the bar /liquor store right where you need to park.
Oh well, now I know...and so do you. :)

We missed it and drove right by the first time. We went to the nearby store and asked directions thinking our GPS was off. The lady at the store came out and pointed. It was a little spot on the ground next to a large tree which is next to a dilapidated gas station. I would love to see it given a good bit more attention, maybe a small park or at least good signage. I thought I remembered going to the spot years ago but it must have been a similar spot in a different state group as there was a park around it and much more of an interesting design.

Fun stop, but harder to find that it should be. Park in front of the abandoned gas station looking building between the Welcome to Texas and Welcome to Louisiana sign. Just to the right of the abandoned building is a tree with a stone at the base.

Right off the highway easy to find if you’re doing tri-state markers

Tiny marker, didn't seem particular special, nor surroundings.

I've never been to Arkansas, but when I got here I put my foot in it... So I guess that counts?? But I didn't stay long.... there were some really tough looking 9-year-old locals giving me the stink-eye, and they looked like they could probably take me in a fight, so I decided not to dawdle...
