Please do not use this pharmacy. My office was trying to phone in a new RX and was on hold for 45 minutes. They never picked up. Please use another pharmacy. They obviously don't care.

I was not going to write this review, but I changed my mind after another bad experience at a different CVS. My confidence in CVS is depleting. At this Atlanta location, I had an absolute horrible experience. First, the technician was extremely rude (no greeting, no questions about how I could be helped, just a blank stare until I said something). Secondly, the pharmacy was disorganized and a total mess! There were boxes and prescriptions every where. The pharmacist was constantly having to stop what he was doing to answer ALL the technicians questions. No one seemed to be able to do their job independently. After a nearly 2-hour ordeal, they realized they did not have the medication I needed in stock. I told the pharmacist to call around and see who could fill the prescription as I had driven 30 minutes to this location. He found it at the Walmart pharmacy down the street and told me he would send it over there. Of course, when I went to Walmart, they did not have the prescription (even though they had spoke to the CVS pharmacist on the phone). Apparently, the CVS pharmacist did not follow up and send the prescription. I shopped for about 30 minutes while Walmart tried to call CVS but their efforts were futile. I did not get the prescription and gave up. My husband ended up getting the doctor to call it in again (this time to Walmart). It was a terrible experience at CVS, but the Walmart team was very kind, organized and helpful; they did their best. Do not go to this CVS. If you have an issue, you can look up the pharmacist on the Texas Board of Pharmacy and report. I recommend you do so!

Called a day prior to going and they said my meds would be there show up and one is out of stock and had to wait forever for someone to answer the phone

Worst service of any pharmacy around window is not open half the time and employees are rude and never want to check people out always standing around talking

The young man who is working the window right now (12-18-2023 @ 11:12 am ) is the absolute best he has amazing customer service and is very kind even with all the changes that have been made and if I get his name I would love to update with his name we could nothave asked for better customer service during this illness thank you so much

You can not speak to the Pharmacy. They want you to use the internet. How can you tell them they filled the wrong prescription. I am allergic to the prescription ready for pickup. No way to correct this.

You'd think that, with so many customers living in very rural areas, these people could answer the phone for a quick question. You would be wrong. I'm sure they're busy, but someone could pick up the phone every 20, or 30, minutes. I'm emailing up the CVS Pharmacy food chain about this store. I'm a good customer who's had enough. I'll also be noting the terrible attitudes of pharmacy employees. Why not? It's not as though they actually care about their jobs.

They don’t answer phone. They Canceled my delivery and I can’t get hold of them to find out why. This is not the first time I’ve had trouble with their delivery process.

Called to check on sons meds. Phone was answered 20 minutes into the call. Then I was placed on hold for an additional 40 minutes. When I drove to the store, while still on hold, I was greeted with unpleasant attitudes and was told my sons meds were not in stock. There was no customers inside or in the drive through so why I was on hold for 40 minutes was unnecessary and pointless. None of the answers the tech or pharmacist gave me was valid. Being a tech myself and knowing the process I knew I was being lied too!! Matthew k the tech and Jimnaara A the pharmacist were very rude, and unpleasant! Switching to another pharmacy ASAP!!!

My wife and I were traveling from Beaumont Tx to Branson Mo. I woke up with pinkeye of all things. Went to an urgent care in Jasper and had my eye drops sent to CVS. The CVS in Marshall was out of the eye drops and I had to fill this prescription in State. Atlanta and Texarkana we’re pretty much it. I told the pharmacist I was traveling through. He asked me to wait and he had to call the Marshall CVS to release the script. Now he does this while still helping a dozen people in store and some in the drive through. The line inside as well was as drive through did not wait long and everyone that came through knew the staff and sounded like everyone knew everyone. Extremely friendly! Even found out that I had the same birthday as one of the staff. I prescription was filled and ready in right at 20 minutes of walking in. I own my own business, well several and two factors have to be solid for them to run. 1st the Customers have to feel like they are getting good service and feel like they are welcome and 2nd the employees have to be sharp and care about the customers needs and they have to have chemistry working together. That’s the only way to have success when working with the public. That staff was top notch. I travel ALOT and have seen some CVS and Walgreens that were not up to par and you can feel it. The one in Atlanta is a pleasure to do business with. Make sure those employees are recognized with in CVS and feel rewarded for the job they do. A good leader and their team can accomplish just about anything, only if they feel appreciated and rewarded for their work. CVS has a great leadership and team in in the Pharmacy at their Atlanta Tx location. Thanks guys.

I seen online hours are 8-9. It's 8:05 and the store is already closed. Bad for business. You need to updare your hours.
