Problems with this CVS pharmacy every single time I've gotten a prescription. Extremely long wait times on the phone sorting out their errors and rude staff behind the counter, all things that people who aren't feeling well want to deal with. What's most frustrating is that they seem to be completely comfortable with their ineptitude.

This particular store is the worst. Several times I've tried to pick up a prescription and showed up at the "closed for lunch" time. Really? Most modern-day establishments cover lunch by having enough personnel. Very annoying. Today, however, I lined up at the posted opening time and the window was closed with their barrier pulled down. I waited 15 minutes and not a sign of life. I went inside and had to hunt down someone to get my store pickup order. The registers were empty. I will avoid this store whenever possible and will fill new prescriptions elsewhere.

I was in the cvs store to get a Covid test. I thought I had made a appointment on line but apparently I didn't. So I purchased a home test kit for $24 and went to the register. I noticed they had a self checkout. I mentioned to the lady that oh you have a self checkout like Walmart. She made a snide remark and told me she hears that every day. It was definitely rude of her.

Needed to make a quick stop for a friend on Christmas Day. Luckily, CVS was open in Atlanta, Texas. On the surface, the store looks clean, well stocked and organized. However.....The bathroom was filled with boxes. One was full of toilet paper, just in case? The rest were empty. Went to wash my hands. No soap in the dispenser. No hand sanitizer. Even the large bucket of hand wipes was empty. No worries, I always have hand sanitizer with me (and back ups especially as there is a tripledemic going on with flu, RSV and COVID in most communities). Went to the cashier to ask for some extra hand sanitizer and let her know that the women's restroom is out of soap, hand sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes. Her response? You can go buy some on aisle x. At first, I thought she misunderstood my question. No, it is not for me to take home. It is for your restroom in CVS. No, we don't service the restrooms, she replied. A company takes care of the upkeep. Then how do you wash your hands after you go to the bathroom? Her blank stare said it all.

I am trying to get my prescriptions transferred to the store in Atlanta Tx. After being told twice that all of my prescriptions had been transferred, Winnsboro keeps filling some. I have called Atlanta several times and have not been able to talk to a human.

picked up a prescription which was the wrong one and this time the price was $20.00 cheaper. last timr they charged $16.00 for a $2.00 prescription and I called them on it. will not use this pharmacy again.

This review doesn't include the Pharmacy or Pharmacist. I was traveling to Texas and decided to stop at a small town CVS with less traffic than to wait till I was exhausted from my drive. This store was perfect with very few customers since it was early in the day. This is a large store with minimal stocking in a few area but isles were clear and easy to maneuver. You'll find spacious, well-stocked isles with an extra wide main isle which separates the two sides of the store. The isles are clearly marked which made it quick and easy to locate the 9 or 10 items I came in for. CVS is consistent and I found most of the same products and brands I find in Speedway. The cashier was friendly and processed my items quickly. I was in and out in no time and back on the road again. Exactly what I'd hoped for and it worked out perfectly.
