I am very appreciative of my experience with J-son and am looking forward to my next appointment with him and to experiencing his other services. Meeting him was like reuniting with a long time friend you had not seen in a while. He was not only kind,warm and welcoming (along with Kyle), but gave selflessly of his time and tools to give me a tailored, personalized experience. He is the first stylist to EVER consult with me about personal wishes, goals and hair texture/type to fit the cut he was going to give me. He did not only give me an exceptional cut and style that i was easily able to recreate myself the next day, but he even explained to me how to style my hair differently, which i have never been able to do until now. J-son is a wealth of knowledge in his field and an honest businessman and artist who understands the value of good customer service. If you are tired of being treated like you /your business is not important, please pay J-son a visit. He will restore your faith in the art of making someone feel beautiful and cared for. The salon doesn’t have the typical fast-pace, one-size-fits-all environment that you find everywhere. J-son is kind and talented. The haircut experience was undoubtedly the best I’ve had in over a decade. I finally found a hairstylist I can trust. But, beyond that, I found a genuine soul and an ally. I absolutely recommend this salon and J-son! He did an absolute amazing job making over my run down hairstyle. Due to Covid and life I hadn’t had my hair touched in over 2 years. I needed a pick me up after just finding out I am expecting. I gave J-son full freedom on my hair and he didn’t disappoint. He used products safe for pregnancy and still gave me a rocking do! I love it! I can definitely without a doubt recommend them with a smile and awesome hair style! Thanks again J-son! What a great experience!Service: Hairstyling

Rarely do you meet someone as kind, talented, and caring as J-son is. In fact, I would say that he is one of a kind. His hairstyling skills and attention to detail are likely among the best in Dallas. He has 20 years of technical experience that came from his time in Los Angeles working with the award-winning hairdressing brand Toni & Guy, where as I understand it, he won many awards of his own.Every conversation I have with him is incredibly fulfilling; he isn't afraid to take risks with your hair if you let him, he takes his time to make sure you love your hair, and one of the things I love is that he includes some reiki and scalp massage with each haircut. When I leave, I feel completely revitalized. I've never experienced a haircut like this in my life, and I am sure I never will.If you are fortunate enough to be in the area, I highly recommend visiting. Fair warning: You may never want to get a haircut anywhere else again.Services: Haircut

I had sweet haircut and much needed scalp message, not to mention holistic healing of my back and shoulder. I never expecting the scalp to be connected down to the middle of my back and along my forearm nerves. The scalp session of lubing follicles and stimulating my head arteries continued to loosen up my neck nerves from the greater occipital area of head! I had to find a medical term to describe where because I forget his terminology. Sorry J-son. The area was in connection stimulating nerves to an old neck and shouder injury. The transformation was worth it! For the first time in 4 weeks, my neck felt more loose. Now I know about a scalp massage. Thanks for the surprise!. The haircut was dicey and original too. I got a hair style I definitely like to show. Thanks for invisioning my creative identity. It is profound and intriguing!! I will be back to chase the experience again!! Blessings to this establishment.

After being in Athens at Zen and Beauty ( yes I drive back 200 miles ) because J-son is worth every mile and minute to get my hair cut and colored !! Plus you also get to enjoy wonderful time with J-son who does everything he can to make sure you enjoy your experience!! They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you are safe in his salon !! He also gives the best shampoo and I mean best shampoo!! That alone is another wonderful experience that no one else does !! I have been a stylist since 1966 and I know what I know !! You will love this salon and you will absolutely enjoy and Love J-son !!❤️
