Don’t even bother to bring packages to door. All other delivery services bring it to door. How lazy. Even when it’s raining they leave packages outside. Close the post office. Save billions. It’s irrelevant.

How nice that they rip open your packages to make sure that everything's in there for you.

Walk away! Go to another town's post office. This one poorly managed. Went at noon today. One man doing the counter. Line to the door. He barely has a clue on how to do the job. Needs more training or find a better person more qualified for the counter position. A manager lady came out. Asked if we, the long line, had been helped. She walked away after we all said no. Never came back to help or even sent someone to help. Joke of a poorly run post office. Like I said, walk away. Go to Canton or another town where they know the job.

My Amazon order was damaged again because my carrier insists on turning it upside down when he sets it on my porch. When he does this the heavy items in the bottom crush the light items on the top. This time the item that was damaged was a bag of coffee beans, which spilled all over my porch when I picked up the box. I've asked him numerous times to set right side up, it has arrows indicating which side is up, and his response as he walks away, refusing to make eye contact, is that he's not obligated to deliver it right side up, he's only obligated to deliver it. I called and spoke with a supervisor in the office and she agreed that I had a legitimate concern, and she said she'd speak with him, but he kept doing it. Eventually I filed a formal complaint online and a different supervisor call me back. The second supervisor was more concerned with justifying his bad behavior than addressing my concern and simply echoed his statement that he's not obligated to deliver my packages right side up he's only obligated to deliver them.

IF YOU GET MAIL FROM SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT WEAR THE POSTAL UNIFORM THEY DO NOT EVEN WORK FOR THE POSTAL SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE COMPANY WHO PAYS THEM. THEY DO NOT EVEN WORK WITH US. SO YOUR MAIL WONT GET FIXED IF YOU CALL THE USPS they dont work 8 hrs nor have to work , they can switch work days with in their group. I never saw any rural carriers but trust me you have to ask for the company they work for to get your delivery problems fixed. And if your not getting your forwarding mail that is a separate facility that handles all that, I used to work in the computer forwarding but now they have gotten non USPS people to do all the forwards and key in the yellow label that goes on your mail. ask for the name of the facility and phone number and call right to the source. see its totally outside our control that,s what management wanted. if it was up to us union workers it would all be under USPS hands. That's what you get when the top management gets their way. a bunch of different gears that are made from different manufactors outside our control and you wonder why it's not running smoothly. your lucky you even see mail
New edit. I have to withdraw my statements about the rural carriers that they don't work for the USPS. I have not been a carrier for almost 30 years and I asked the local USPS and I believe they have changed things since I was working. I feel really stupid not thinking about things like that changing. They actually had a great setup a long time ago not being usps works. They could swap days with anyone and go home when they got done not having to stay 8 hrs like we did. But who knows what else they changed. So maybe you shouldn't believe anything AS time has pasted and I should have done my due diligence before speaking and that is never exceptable. I apologize and will check into facts before texting. Sorry everyone

Definitely some classism and or racism among the workers towards a few select customers.
Whenever their machines are slow, they then blame your incompetency.

Mailbox at my apartment was full, so they took EVERYTHING out of my box and left a note telling me I need to come pickup from the office. Not sure why they didn't just take what was to be delivered that day instead of the all the important packages and bills I was planning to grab today.

If I could give them a 0 I would. They lost my important mail and it's been over a month. If I could sue them I would. They need to be shut down! Expeditiously!

Good thing I got home before my neighbors, because as usual, one of my packages was 4 mailboxes down from where it was supposed to be. In someone else's mailbox. Not even the same number or name.

Today is Monday November 28,2022 and I drove in the parking lot on the side and where the mail carriers load the mail and one was literally just throwing the packages in the mail truck. I'm glad none of my packages was in there.
