Clean environment. Was not able get medicine my husband needed....ended up in hospital ER 3 days later...our RN was worried about how to treat..? At Total Point .Some people are special cases .Than unto another Dr. 4 more days later...could have been all prevented maybe with early treatment for bacteria at Total Point' which is what we were hoping to accomplish going to Urgent Care.TP
It is my understanding this RN is nolonger with Total point

The clinic and staff were awesome and helpful. They even went out of the way to make sure everything was lined up for me and go me in and out fast ! Love the entire staff , they even called to check up on me and my medications later in the week . Definitely going back every time ????

The website said it opens at 7 on Saturday but the door says it opens at 8. I sat in the parking lot for an hour and went to the door at 8:02 and it was locked and I didn't see anyone. Is it closed??

Shows as open. Sign on door shows open. Lights are on, but front door locked. Even made an appointment, but still no answer on phone. If you are not open, then remove the open sign and let people know to not waste their time. Called another Total Point in another town and was told they do not have a provider at this office in Athens. Again, put up some signs and don't accept appointments online if you are not open. Waste of my time trying to go here for URGENT care.
