“I highly recommend this storage its has very helpful and kind staff. i love Sentry Storage due to the cleanliness and great condition my stuff is in, i tired others storage building but none have been as amazing as Sentry Storage. They have a hood and reasonable price which is lower than other storage.”

“Nice building but that's the end of it. I have called customer service 6 times this week and left messages for someone to call back since no one is on the property and NO ONE will call me back. I want to move my things out and will tell everyone I know to avoid using this place. Once your things are stored, there is no getting them out! After posting this original review, I'm adding something: If you look at the original reviews, they all are about when there were different owners. The original owners were wonderful but since Copper Safe bought the business its gone straight downhill!!! While the rental prices keep going up!*After posting my review, I received a personal call back from the new owner and he helped me with the codes to get into my storage unit. I also found out that they were using a management company that didn't do a good job so now they are trying to get back to the original "personal" customer service. I'm hoping that all will be well now!!! Thanks John!! I changed my star-level to a better rating. I didn't give it 5 stars because of the hassle this week.”
