I've had very good experiences with Good Doctors here. Dr. Renessa Gerhardt, Dr. Lynn Baumgartner, Dr. Norman Jennings (retired), Dr. Mettatal (retired). Dr. Angel (left). I've been going here since I was 13 and I'm 53. I've had good referrals to specialist when needed. Dr. Ty was their for my my father. Dr. Glover was there for my momma. They have a wonderful group of doctors, nurses, and employees in the reception area. I'm thankful for them. I've forgotten a few names, due to only dealing with a few people when our main people where out, but just know everyone has been kind, professional, and helpful.

I am from Houston, Texas and I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my 2 toddlers ages 6 and 4 as a new patient. I was given the number by Medicaid I’ve been waiting since the end of April for an appointment which is absurd because in Houston you’re waiting a week maximum. I call today august 1 to try and schedule a back to school physical and adhd evaluation for my son because of a school recommendation and I was told that my 5 YEAR OLD WAS DENIED BY ALL DOCTORS TO BE SEEN BECAUSE I WANT AN EVALUATION FOR ADHD . I will be calling the doctors board as well . I’ve never had a problem like this and their receptionists & new patient coordinator customer service skills are 0/10 . I wouldn’t recommend this medical group to a dog .

Dr Currin is awesome but retiring. That being said, the staff is beyond incompetent. They are soooo ridiculous, it’s like they do it on purpose! Lazy and just not very smart. This is by far the worst doctors office I’ve ever been to! You have been warned!

Lab on site. Good Dr's. If I leave a message for Dr., they usually call back in a couple hours, if for appointment..I usually just wait on phone. Sometimes they are very busy..sometimes not.

My treating physician since 2009 is Wally Mahmoud. I've been completely satisfied with his medical judgment. He listens carefully; asks how meds have improved your quality of life; and most importantly-- he will be your advocate for advanced treatment in either Baylor or to Tyler. I speak from experience. This doctor has extended my life by seeking biopsies [when required] and formulates an aggressive surgI love my doctor.ery or plan towards better health.

I have been a patient with Lakeland Medical Associates forr at least 7+ years, they are wonderful doctors, nurses, & staff, Dr. Bruce Woodall, was my first family doctor, lab work, mamograms done here, yearly women exams, sadly Dr. Woodall left Lakeland Medical, but I was blessed to get Dr. Ronald Heine as my new Doctor, and he has been great, very professional, & caring, & his nurse is awesome, I love Lakeland Medical & definitely recommend!!

My daughter has been going here for 5 years she has had multiple doctors that have retired and she has had to change a different doctor in the center. Now the doctor she has had for 2 years has moved and they said it could take up to a week before she can be seen because the doctor has to sign over the transfers. I wouldn’t have called the doctor if my child didn’t need to be seen asap. Really thinking about changing to a whole new clinic that won’t treat there clients this way especially a child.

Doctor's do their jobs but the office staff can't keep track of anything. I had to get my son's 4 year vaccines TWICE before he could start school because the first time he got them they didn't enter them into the state system. Today I called to get my daughter an appointment for a cough and they told me she would be a new patient since she hasn't been seen there for 3 years... She has DEFINITELY been there in the past 3 years. Alice Splinter is nice but we're finding a new office
