“My business is in a large warehouse that is far enough off the main road that all of the major fiber and cable internet providers will not serve us unless we spend over $10,000 to have the fiber/cable pulled, so I did not have a good solution that was "wired." I found One Ring, and they worked with me to get me 5 x 5 service to my facility, which I have found is not only adequate for my business but is very reliable. This is point-to-point microwave, which has been used for years to backhaul voice connections that are sensitive to delay and jitter. It works like a champ, and I've had it almost two years now. I've called support once, and they had someone out ASAP to keep us running. Microwave fixed wireless is not as cheap as some offerings, but when you either need a backup for your main connection or you are somewhere that just doesn't get served, it is very reliable, and I have found One Ring Networks and their staff to be very good to work with, friendly, and quick if support is needed. I am in the Dallas, TX market.”
