I called today to get propane delivered. I've never used this company before. Within two hours I had 100 gallons of propane delivered. Worked out he was in the area. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and professional. I'll be ordering from them again.

Went through all the steps to buy a tank only for her to tell me they had to install! I don't need a install..my solar company is hooking there generator gas line to tank. This company is a joke!

Had a 30# propane tank filled, it felt a tad light it should have weighted 55lbs. full, I got home and put it on a scale and found it to be 50lbs. 5lbs. short. A Flame King 30# tank weights 25lbs. a gallon of propane weights 4.24 lbs. per gallon. When you add the weight up you are being shorted a gallon of propane which makes the cost much higher than Tractor Supply which charges by the gallon not by weight. I called and was hung-up from a gal that did not care so I would never use them again. I my opinion you are better off getting smaller tanks filled where they charge by the gallon because other wise you are getting screwed.

Called this morning (on the Friday before Christmas) after Nelson left me out of propane for 2 days, they were here before lunch!! Great people and great service!! 10/10 would recommend and will never use anyone else ???

We got into town late friday night and noticed we had 10% propane left because another company forgot to put us on their route.I called the after hours emergency line because our hot water was out and our central heat was about to follow. I explained our issue and Buck was out to us within 45 minutes. He was coming from dinner with his family.I cannot tell you how nice and professional Buck was. We have since switched companies and now we are on Buck’s monthly route.Exceptional customer service! Thank you!

I cannot say enough in the favor of this company,I ordered and received a tank and 2oo gal. of fuel,they delivered and placed,then connected to the gen. checked for leaks,(found one and fixed) filled the tank . The two men that did the work were friendly,polite and courteous. I intend to be a continuing customer. Very satisfied W.Kirkwood

Used them for 24 years and loved them. Had a man that used to answer the phone, he was great. Now lady is handling phones and did not appreciate her attitude and acted as though we were insignificant because we only buy propane twice a year unfortunately we will be looking for a new supplier

I THOUGHT THEY SOLD PROPANE BUY THE GALLON NOT THE POUND.....Yet a one more propane place in East Texas that sells propane buy the estimated pound. Asked employee to Purge the tank because the excessive amount of oil in the tank was plugging up my regulator. I got some OPD valve back talk and then she filled my tank with an undisclosed amount of propane ....the meter did not even work on the pump.

Excellent service from everyone at this company. Office staff answer the phone promptly and are nice and helpful. They always find a way to squeeze me in the same day or next day at the latest even if they don't think they can. Called around lunch time this afternoon after an epic snow day that left us very low on propane and a truck was here to deliver at 4. I will never go elsewhere for any of our propane needs.
