Fieldstone and fireplace has gone above and beyond. They helped me tremendously .ya'll know that this place is the best .was needing a part for my gas logs. Called them even tho they were 72 miles from me .making sure I got the right part it's now ordered . Called another place closer but they wouldn't even return my call there is still great people out their I'll make sure they get my business from this day forward when I need anything else..

These people are miracle workers. We have had three different companies come to repair our gas fireplace. All three of them couldn't fix it. But Larry Russell and his crew came and within 2 hours had it working better than before. They cleaned up the unit and left the area spotless. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Lots of fireplace and stone knowledge. Great with colors and matching as well as complimentary contrasting. Lots of options and combinations. Never realized how versatile these materials are.

If you are ever in the need of a caring, above and beyond fireplace company, look no further. I had a fireplace that was not working and could not reach the fireplace company that serviced my area for a week. I reached out to Fieldstone (though not in my service area) out of desperation and they went above and beyond to help me after hours to help me remotely. Lo and behold Larry was able to help me get my fireplace started. If you ever need a company that genuinely cares...Larry and the office staff should be your go to. I just wish this type of company serviced my area. Thank you Larry!

Great experience. Our gas fireplace installed by another company about 8 years ago started malfunctioning and we could no longer get it to start with it's remote. I called to see if they could troubleshoot and fix the problem. The person who answered was so polite, scheduled my service call and at the appointment time, the technician arrived on time! He and his helper figured out the problem quickly, performed the repair and we were good to go! Love this company and highly recommend.

We had a wood burning stove insert installed into our existing fireplace. Larry and his employee did a fantastic job and our insert looks fabulous. Very friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. His price was reasonable and his work was excellent. Two happy customers here!!
