Michael Lazarz was the Best Salesman I have ever dealt with. I was in the auto dealership industry for 35 years and have never had a salesman that wasn’t high pressured. Michael considered my feelings and wants for a new car. I got a great deal on the car I purchased and a great trade in value. I will refer him to anyone needing a new vehicle. Thank you Michael!

I took my truck in for a diagnostic because I had a misfiring cylinder a little bit of a knock and over 65 miles an hour my traction control and stabilitrak would turn off, when I got it back from their diagnostics every issue is five times worse.

If you had asked me a year ago it would have been 5 stars. But now after waiting almost 2 years for a chip that was included in the price when I bought the truck January 2022. Call after call waiting on this waiting on that. Call GMC Headquarters guess what there isn't a shortage of this chip it doesn't have to be a specific one connected to my vin number. They are doing the same thing they did with my our truck waiting till the warranty runs out and then they need money to fix it. Our other truck had a relay for the horn that need to be replaced wanted 500 out of warranty when they finally figured out the problem. Shook hands for the fair fix when we picked it up over twice the price as agreed on. I hate a Ford and I hate dodge but I will buy one of those before I buy from Bacon Chevrolet in Athens again

Spoke with sales man Micheal Salazars and told him I was coming from midland to get Tahoe. We agreed upon time and he told me when I was 2 mins away after a 7 hour drive that there was another deal working on it. Do not waste your time going.

Accountant is kind and very considerate nice one Emily Alison , also her skill of communication and support throughout the process of Trading and still Trading with her is outstanding, I love her and her management easy way of payout once your Trade is completed no stress or issues involved once all process are completed, receiving $11,670 after trading $1,000 is a huge profit for me ,what amazes me the most is that they are always available. Customer service is always superb. They are always very friendly. I've been going here for about 5 years for routine maintenance. My only complaint is that we are in the middle of a pandemic and no staff wears a mask. I can understand the mechanics not wearing a mask since they aren't directly involved with customers, but the person at the checkin and all the employees at the pay area, not to mention those employees that go into the waiting room to get coffee, none wear a mask. (Again, very good customer service, when an employee comes in the waiting room they always engage in conversation, which is great, except you are at close proximity talking to me without a mask on.) Customers don't even wear a mask. I will say my last trip had a near full waiting room. Keep in mind it's a small waiting room. I was sharing the couch with a lady wearing only a face shield. The other 3 people were maskless. An elderly gentlemen was coughing up a storm. It sounded like a smokers cough but I found it ironic that the other maskless couple ended up moving away from the man one chair over. If they were so concerned about his coughing why not wear a mask? This is the last time I go. I just don't feel safe. I know people go here because of the no mask enforcement and the like-minded people, but it is utter disregard for government mandates and public health.

take your vehicle anywhere but here! these guys are those infamous auto mechanic cheats and liars that falsify what your vehicle needs to run up bills. we actually caught them putting water in our fuel to sell us a $2300 repair on fuel pump plus other work. this is AFTER we told we neede an $1800 repair on other parts of the truck that they billed back to the factory.....it didnt need the work. ANYWHERE BUT HERE ......RUN RUN RUN
