This location has a great crew. They have helped me several times not only find the parts I need, but also tips on trouble shooting issues. They showed me how to test the blower motor before I had to buy the part.

Dude explained I couldn't have money back on a purchase, so I asked, you have my number and everything I purchase is under that number, ?? He told me something off the wall so I said thank you and went back to my car. I pulled up the autozone application and found my purchase and found the receipt. So this time I went to a different associate and showed him everything and he kindly returned my money. Sad to say I am done with that. Good thing I am signed up on their application.

I own a shop in Athens. My client stated he had bought a battery there a few months ago. The battery tested bad so as a curtesy I took the battery back to Autozone and spoke to an associate. I explained what was going on and the battery was defective. I offered my clients number to look up the receipt and offered to call the client for confirmation. The guy behind the counter was very quick to tell me he wouldn’t do anything for my client since the client wasn’t there at that moment. I left the defective battery there and went to ABC in athens and picked up my client a new battery from a reputable company. I would say never buy from auto zone. ABC or Orieley’s in athens is the place to go!!!!

So my ram broke down and Juan was the most amazing person to help me and my manager try to figure out what was wrong with my truck. He replaced the battery, then he replaced the battery in my key fob. He checked fuses and every thing for me. He went absolutely above and beyond for me and I will never forget it. He didn’t have to do all that but he was more than willing. I want to make sure management and everyone know what an amazing person and employee Juan is. Thank you Juan!!!!!

This is the best Autozone by far! The store is always clean and the people are so friendly. Amber always makes sure we are taken care of... whether it's her or her team... we always get the best service!

To start, I want to commend the gentleman who assisted us during check out for his exceptional service and helpfulness, earning him a five-star rating. However, the behavior of the other manager, AMBER, was incredibly rude towards him and the customers. Her loud and disrespectful conduct created a toxic work environment for her colleagues. It was unacceptable for her to mistreat the checking out manager in front of customers.

Staff was great I was helped as soon as I walked in by a very kind employee, their “manager” (Big Sized white lady with A-line cut) was very unprofessional and embarrassing by raising her voice and “correcting” an employee in front of EVERYONE in the store. I would respectfully call that a disgusting sort of management.
