If you buy a car from this business, please look at everything they make you sign. I overlooked a critical piece of information. The car I purchased had a rebuilt title that was never disclosed verbally. The car had an ac problem from the day we bought it. Several other cars on their lot has rebuilt titles so please search the VIN before you decide. I had my car for only 1 month and decided to take it back to them. Very unfriendly and unwilling to help their customers. They should be required to put the title status on the windshield. I would have never purchased the vehicle if I'd known. But it's partially my fault for not reading every single paper I signed.

I bought my Dodge Dart from here a couple years ago. I didn't have good credit but they worked with me and my vehicle was very dependable. I haven't had any issues with it

I really thought this was a great company until I was less than a year out to finish paying in full and the car experience some issues. I took it to dealer to have repairs done and that was added to my balance but when the car was returned, the issue was not repaired. So I called and was told to bring it back in. The problem was that the car could not make it back, it took me an entire day and pulling over many times and driving extremely slow to get the car back to them. After getting it there I was told the cost to get it repaired, but didn't qualify for some program to get it repaired. So they said it would be subject to repo because payments still need to be made and the repairs. My daddy came to pay for the vehicle and was going to get it repaired but we were told that I couldn't do that. So we had to get my stuff out and left without a car. Not long after, I got a toll tag fee on the toll tag. How could thus happen if I never went to Dallas in the car at that time and the car was beyond repairs? I think we had a shady deal. And it is crazy, over a year or two later, I saw my car for sale and seen it months later after it was purchased. So I'm really wondering now, what did they actually do!

Do Not Waste Your Time!! Salesman was very rude and didn’t even want to talk to me, I had to pull teeth to get him to answer what kindve down payment I would even need. Didn’t offer to let me even see a car until I started paperwork on it, I walked out and bought a 20K dollar car from a reputable dealership that wants my money, absolutely horrible that businesses are allowed to still run like this, I will be reporting to the BBB

They really do not care about their customers. It’s literally all an act just to get you to buy. After that, best of luck if you have a situation and need help because they will not help you one bit. They disable your vehicle if you miss a payment and will not enable it unless payment has been made. I get the concept as to why they do that, however it harms their business more than it helps. Their vehicles are obviously bought from local auctions (not that anything is wrong with that) and only ever do temporary fixes on their vehicles. It’s only a matter of time before something wrong happens to your vehicle and they will refuse to be of assistance. Bottom line, be smart people and take your business elsewhere. You’re wasting your time and money when you shop here.

Customer service!! Every time I get my vehicle serviced they go above and beyond to take care of all my problems! Jake Shelton has the best personality and has such good communication skills. Highly recommend for oil changes and tires! They do way more than just sell cars. I don’t know of anything they can’t handle. Jake and John are so helpful as well as the staff in back.
