I wanted to update my review and thank Mr. TERRENCE for calling me at 5:50 am to notify me that my live animals are ready for pick up. I called the day before and wasn't sure if I was going to get a call because the temp. Worker sounded unsure of what she's doing. I've been to this post office a few times and have always received friendly service from Mr. Terrence. He is easy to talk to and very helpful. Thank you!!

Tried picking up my package twice both times they said they didn't have it even though that's not a what the tracking number says

Just had the best experience at this Post Office. Gentleman was very kind to notice that I did not close some of my Christmas cards. By some I mean all LOL. He began to tape each and every one of them.with no hesitation. and a smile on his face. He began to make this holiday season even easier for me. Thank you.....You're kindnessWas definitely appreciated.

As a new comer, I had a hard time locating this office and would suggest that the name online include Atascosa, TX 78002 in order to enter GPS on phone to find it. Otherwise, the personal, professional, friendly service is great! Thank you very much.

I had been waiting for my ID and never received it. DMV said first one was sent back but TWO have not been. So either they don't read addresses correctly or someone is taking my mail. Waiting on a 4th so we'll see how far it goes.

One of the only usps facilitys ive ever been to where the employees actually care about thier jobs and customers . ALWAYS greeted with a smile and not once did i ever feel like i was a burden when getting packages even when getting there right at closing and still got my package with a smile. Cant say enough good things about the folks at this location!

The mail courier leaves my mail in everyone mail box but mine. The neighbors are calling me to tell me they have my mail. That pisses me off.
