Hi Jesse,
I am furious about this situation. I had the minimum $7 car wash plan, but without my consent, it was changed to the "OUR PICK" plan, resulting in much higher charges.
I only discovered this after my wife noticed the increased expenses. Despite my efforts to get this resolved, I was told that since the wash had been used, I couldn't get a refund.
I demand a resolution to this issue and a refund for the charges based on the minimum wash plan that I did not agree to.
If the minimum is $10, then I want a refund of $10 per wash. Since 2013, I've had a total of 15 washes at $20 each, totaling $300. Therefore, I expect a refund of $150.
Furthermore, ensure this scam doesn't happen to any other customer. The "OUR PICK" plan is a blatant scheme. If I selected the minimum, the app should stick to the minimum! This is outright fraud.

Cancelled my membership after a few months and the gate wont open without someone doing it manually even though my membership isnt over yet. Ultimate Wash leaves spots on the black parts of the car around windows and bumper. Joshua is rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. The other attendants are always kind and helpful. This place just costs too much for the service and wash to be subpar.

Terrible quality.
They called this a wash after passing through twice. Manager came out and argued. Said the bugs were built on. This used car was purchased 2 days ago and was clean.
Refused to refund. Said I got the wash I paid for and he recommended washing the bugs off by hand.
Even aside from the front, quality was lacking, as was the service.

Great customer service, i been looking for a new car wash since i moved here 3 weeks ago and i signed up to this one because of some of the good reviews but i will probably cancel after this month, both my truck and suv came out dirty after the wash. Both of my vehicles still had dirt on the hoods. They dont provide towels like some other car wash but instead you have to purchase a $3 kit that isn’t terrible for what it comes with but i rather have a towel to dry my vehicle since their blower doesn’t dry as good. Again great customer service but not worth it, i will try a different one next month hopefully i can find a better car wash in the area that is worth subscribing to.

Joshua was quite positive and informative of the specials as well as friendly conversation. Did not push when I shared I don't come often but sometimes to get my carwashed.

Beware! Cars will get stuck on the wheel shiner towards the end of the conveyor belt, my car was pushed into the one in front of me. Luckily no one was injured and there was no major damage. No employee or manger came out and check on us. Brought it up to their attention and he did not seem to care. Was told if I would like to end my membership he would do it now. This is unacceptable business practice. Will not recommend this place.

Rip off! They will lie to you about promotions and then swap positions when you come back to window to confront them! Check bad reviews more than good reviews! You have been warned ⚠️

The App is the way to go if you plan on washing 2 or more times a month and it makes everything super quick. Also these vacuums are really nice compared to other local self wash stations.
