I wonder what's more dead. The landscaping or the people in there.

My name is Valerie Calloway Lindsay. My brother's service was held here a few weeks ago and I have to express my disappointment in the virtual video that was completely unprofessional from beginning to end. For the charge of $350, my 12 year old grandson could have done a better job! The speakers could not be understood at all. My nephew read the epitaph that I wrote, and even though I wrote it, I could not understand a single sentence. Also, the camera was positioned on the first 3 rows, so it seemed to us viewers that those were the only people there. I live in Utah and my home was full of family and friends who wanted to honor Chip. Unfortunately the quality was ridiculously terrible, therefore I request that you refund the charge to his widow, Maria Calloway. Shame on you people, do a better job and stop ripping off bereaved families.Valerie Calloway Lindsay

Sept ‘21 the Atascocita location handled my beloved husband Lee Bigelow’s cremation. I’m a bit late with my review for which I apologize.
The staff couldn’t have been nicer. They were compassionate, supportive, and extremely patient which means a lot to a grieving family. The sympathy extended to us during this difficult time in our lives will always be remembered and appreciated.

When the passing first happened we called Rosewood & was given one name of the director that would be assisting us when we came in person. We meet in person & it’s a total different director , the day of service the director that assisted us wasn’t even there the 1st day of the service. We arrived for the service & they had us in the wrong area so we had to wait while they switched us to the chapel to accommodate our family , which was discussed the day we went to make the arrangements. The 2nd day the director that assisted us the day we made the arrangements was there finally. we are almost 2 months after the passing & still no death certificate has been issued ; when we call the funeral home directly we keep getting the run around , the director can’t return phones or emails. It’s already a sad time for us & Rosewood did not make this difficult time for my family any better. The funeral home is nice but not worth the headache to make arrangements for a loved one.

Who COMPLETELY shuts down their business for a lunch break the day of a memorial service? I understand that everyone is entitled to a break, but to completely close during lunch when you're expecting family members and loved ones to coming to your place of business is a little unreal. At least one person should remain on duty during this time, it's simple logic and courtesy for everyone, including potential future customers. After this experience I would never recommend y'all to anyone.

My husband passed unexpectedly at age 48 and I didn’t have a clue what to do! When I walked into the funeral home it felt like just that ...a home! It’s beautiful!!From the receptionist to the final detail everything was excellent! I can’t say enough about Libby! I felt like we were friends after she sat and walked me through what was the hardest time of my life! She cried with me and laughed with me and planned the most amazing service! Everyone is STILL talking about it!!:)Thank you Libby and I know it’s a little late but never to late to say THANK YOU to you and the owner for allowing all the people that came to show respects to Jarrett the ability to get in! I can’t express the appreciation I have for you all. You eased the pain!Thank you!!...(P.S. special THANKS to you Libby for allowing me to push the button!) I love you and Rosewood Funerals and Cremation services!! Simply the best!!Rhonda Scales

I cant say enough Wonderful things about this place. I would give 10 stars if I could. They served my family with the highest dignity and respect. The facility is very beautiful and is so modern that it does not have the boring "traditional" funeral home feel. The staff was very comforting and helpful- I am in no hurry but will ONLY use Rosewood in the future. They really make you feel like family. Thank you again

Being my first time ever having to plan the final arrangements of a loved one, I was completely lost. Working with Tonye Nelson and the amazing staff at Rosewood was actually a pleasant experience. While we struggled to “keep it together” following the sudden death of our beloved father, the compassion and patience shown by Tonye and staff really impressed us all. Any by all I mean a party of my, myself, my husband, two brothers and dad’s 3 grand kids. Including one very difficult personality. Tonye smiled and showed so much patience through the process. His follow-up and follow through made me feel that he really cared, like he was actually part of our family grieving with us. I must also mention that when dad passed at home hospice, the two gentlemen who came to pick up my father’s remains deserve mentioning as well. They were respectful throughout and were super grateful.

This is a very beautiful facility, with very efficient, caring people in charge. My family used their cremation service as my husband's memorial was done at his church. We dealt with Tammy and Jeanette and they couldn't have been more gracious during a very difficult time. Thank you ladies!
