“Absolutely the best place in Kingwood & surrounding areas for a TX state vehicle inspection. The turnaround time is very reasonable which means you won't be waiting very long. They do an extensive evaluation of your vehicle and advise you if there are any issues that would prevent it from passing the inspection. They do not do vehicle repairs, so the risk of having to pay big bucks before you get your vehicle back doesn't exist. Very courteous and friendly staff. They will point out any issues that could threaten the safety or stability of your vehicle.”

“They have new ownership now. They changed from Kwik Kar to Valvoline. The change is like night and day. The customer service before was horrible but now the new staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. Kudos to the CSR Jacob. Very nice and knowledgeable. Took a risk and went back because of the name change and it paid off. Will be taking my wife’s car next soon. Oil change was timely and about normally priced at $75.99. You just pull up into the garage and don’t even have to get out. They tell you everything they are doing and they even check my tire pressure for free. Again the change was night and day. “Through word of mouth have heard Integrity Auto is just that "Integrity" So my husband and I sent our daughter there because her Ford truck kept cutting off on her, Integriry auto found and fix the issue for a reasonable price. WE know if we would have sent her anywhere else in Humble she would have be ripped off and charged an out rages estimate/amount of money to fix the issue. “Jiffy Lube ALWAYS does my family right. My daughter has a 2001 Ford Edge and it needed a new alternator put on. Joe (the manager) and his crew set out a few weeks back to replace the alternator with a reman unit. Well after the initial repair, the car still acted funny. Losing power. Joe had figured out that it might need an actual OEM Ford alternator, sourced one for us, and installed it once it had arrived in stock. Always choose to go see Joe and his crew at Jiffy Lube for my basic car care needs. Excellent customer service and top notch care.”

The manager, Joe, and his staff are very friendly, thorough and helpful in explaining what all needed to be done to my truck. Most importantly, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.
