I decided to come here over Penzoil because it was right up the street but I'm definitely glad I did! The customer service is really awesome. They went above and beyond, and the lady at the front Marlene was extremely kind and helpful!!! I will recommend this location and be back for more services. Also they had had really good deals on Oil changes which helped alot!

I came late in a hurry after work looking for an inspection. The guys were not only professional...they were nice, accommodating and efficient. They hooked me up. I was able to make it to get my car registration before they closed. They made my day!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen in my life constantly cussing telling me about the new IPhone I came for an oil change then was told about a worker at auto zone that can get me a discount if I use the other workers referral I will never ever ever return.

John G. was very customer friendly, polite and helpful. Ms. Merlin was very helpful as well. The whole experience was pleasant and stress-free. I felt as if they cared about their customers and not just the bottom line. Awesome location on Will Clayton.

They are abusers, I only went for a car inspection and they forced me to buy the windshields to do said inspection

The team was highly service-oriented, from drop-off to pickup exchanges. The space was clean and exceptionally well-managed. The team displayed customer-friendly and personable qualities, providing a royal experience to each customer. Their genuine and kind treatment of people as humans makes this team and location one of the best I know of. The numerous repeat customers, often meeting each other during service visits, create a refreshing atmosphere akin to an alumni party of extended family.
