Hard pass for us.I purchase the lemon pepper turkey and rice along with the turkey spaghetti.Lemon pepper turkey rice was super salty had to boil it in water to make it edible.Spaghetti was undercooked and almost crunchy.Atascocita location 4/4/23 I see others like it not for us.

Dropped by today, because I was looking for a healthy option for lunch, and I'm glad I did. The owner was super nice and helpful. I had the small portion of the Lemon Peppered Turkey and it was fantastic. Can't wait to try more of their options!

Great selection of healthy - macro appropriate breakfast / lunch / dinner / and even a few "snack" options.For the unmotivated or on the go active people this is a huge asset for our area!In addition to the food being great, the staff are always friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

I really like the Balanced Foods concept. My wife and I took home several items. Creamy Chicken Alfredo, Shrimp Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Salad Salad. All were very good. The young man staffing the store seem very knowledgeable about the products and was very helpful.

I throughly enjoyed the food and service at Balanced Foods in Atascosita! So sweet that it just opened closer to home! My favorite are the breakfast tacos, and I definitely recommend!
