You can sit in their waiting room while your car is being worked on, otherwise there are various stores/shops nearby if you need a snack, grocery, spa, etc. it is conveniently located!”
“This place is great, they get really busy but they get through all their work efficiently. It doesn’t matter what I bring my vehicles in for, oil change, inspection, repairs, they get it done quick and a lot cheaper than the dealer. Kingwood Service probably has better workmanship as well.”

“So, OMG...Let me tellllllll yall about this location!! That Michael, Logan James, and Ish, these dudes are the real deal! As a woman, I expected to be finessed, but the fact that they took the time to get discounts for me and tell me the best options was absolutely beyond my expectations. Micheal pulled me to the office and gave me the options. But not only that, he took the time out of his schedule to find me different discounts. I can't even explain the amount of gratitude I have for these gentlemen. Logan, the manager, was just exemplary. He gave nothing LESS!! And James who worked on my car let me come out there and he showed me the issues with my rotators and explained the whole process to me. I've never felt more special. I love this whole staff. Even Ish! He didn't really talk a lot but be still spoke and he had the best attitude!! I highly recommend this location on the beltway!! YALL don't sleep on these people!!”

“Moving from Georgia I found out that I had to get a vehicle inspection from both my truck and motorcycle. I googled the nearest state inspection area and Sigma Auto Care came up. Upon entering the building I was greeted with nothing but absolute respect from all parties!! They politely and respectfully and explained the process on having vehicles inspected here in Texas! Both of my vehicles were throughly inspected and they gave me all the proper documentation I needed! They made the process to me very welcoming and easy with me coming from a different state. Fast forward to today, I had a simple issue with a part on my motorcycle and I wanted to see if I could have it fixed. Upon entering I spoke to the owners wife and she politely asked me to have a seat while she got her husband. He immediately inspected the part I brung in that I needed to be fixed and within minutes, he fixed it EXACTLY the way I needed to no more questions asked ! With that being said I will most definitely recommend everyone to this shop after receiving nothing but professional polite expedited work !! Thank you very much to everyone at Sigma Auto !!!
