I won't be back one of their new items is mislabeled and they didn't offer me an exchange. I Understand store policy but I'm sure they understand me not coming back and giving them any more money.

A good place for convenience for the local people. Quick in and out. Common sense hours. Not pet friendly. Has a decent wide selection but not much premium glass. They have great deals on some mid range glass though. The attendants are very friendly except for one guy who wouldn't let me in with my ESA. He was a bit of a douche but I have only seen him once. They have a good stock of rolling papers as well as Dab rigs/storage.

Amazing shop and friendly, knowledgeable staff. They are so great about asking questions so that they can suggest other items you might want/need but they aren't pushy or rude if you don't add on. So glad I found y'all and I'll definitely be back!

**Updating. The employee who was working now is not one I'd like to deal with again. He rushed me for one. Secondly I looked at a piece and there was something stuck to the glass. Iv asked what it was and he said "The hole?" I was insulted. Did he think I was that uneducated?! I got what I needed and left. I'd rather go somewhere else if he I'd there. I will not be rushed nor will I be insulted.One of my favorite shops in the area. Super friendly employees. They are always ready to help with a great attitude and a smile. They have a large selection of merchandise and usually have what is needed.

I bought a pack of Djarum Black Ruby. I asked how old they were because the last time I purchased a pack from them (which was several months ago) the filters were yellow. "They said they aren't that old." I opened the pack and of course they are yellowed. I showed the guy working and he said "they are white" so to prove a point I bought a pack of the NXT and showed him the difference. Order some new supply. Throw away the old. Or if they don't move fast enough sell them for cheaper. I did see 2 sections for the Ruby's and the guy did grab a box from the set untouched. However, the picture tells all.

Went in for some kratom shots. Bought 2 opms black. 1 was already empty. Person behind counter caught it. Swapped it out. Got home. Open one up, its clearly watered down and the foil cap was already removed. Called them up, they refused to exchange or refund. Said he checked them all. Hard to check a product after its left your store. I get its hard to believe something like this but knowing you had one bad one already and thinking you could not have any more and refusing an exchange is bad. These go for $20 each. Will not go back.

I showed up first thing in the morning just as they opened & gentleman who was working was extremely helpful. After looking at multiple pieces, he helped me find a perfect piece that worked for my budget but ended up being the one I would have wanted even if money was no object. The prices are unbelievable & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Love this place. Recommend 10 out 10! Go to this place!!!!
