These guys were easy to work with and the installation was professionally done with care. The technician was thorough and kind. He took time to make sure I was comfortable with the equipment and its use. I highly recommend these guys.

Their lift was in a home I purchased so I called to ask questions regarding how to work it. They attempted to talk me through getting the lift to work. It went down but would not go up. Then said they were not sure what I had done but the motor would need to be replaced. The emergency stop was the problem and it was delicate. Why would one have a delicate part on a garage lift. I contacted via text to several numbers they had given me but no responses. One number said the number you have called does not have a voicemail set up and disconnected. I had to replace the system since it was on the floor of my garage and would not go up. Horrible customer service. I would definitely avoid this company.

Great experience. Waited almost 1 and ½ years to give the lift every opportunity. It has performed flawlessly and is a life saver. Install was done when home was being built and the contractor thought it was a breeze and would be recommending to other clients... I have been pleased with both the install and performance
