Dr.McClain is a very good and thurough doctor. He listens to all your problems. I saw a NP for over two years with a complaint, and was told it was nothing...but still have the problem today. I saw Dr. McClain and he explained to me what my problem actually was and gave me a solution. He cares about his patients and their health, something you don't find a lot these days. I feel like I found a rare gem. We certainly need more doctors like him.

They are very friendly people that got me in very fast. I only paid $200 and that’s including the labs and seeing the doctor. I am self-pay. I don’t have any insurance so to me that’s pretty reasonable. very knowledgeable doctor.

I haven't had health insurance for as long as I have been an adult. I have never really needed it except for an odd stich or tetanus shot here or there, but the larger problem was that I went without a primary care physician for about 20 years. I can't tell you how many times I was sick, or in pain just to "push" through it. I shopped around for doctors that took cash for a long time but I never felt a personal connection, which is important when trusting someone with your life. My friend Chris told me about Doc and his wife Sean when I posted on Facebook that I needed to get general blood work and a physical. I scoured the internet for the best deals around for a general blood count, metabolic panel, and thyroid check up. The cheapest I found was around $650 for the blood work and $150 for a general physical examination. That scared me a bit because I thought seeing a doctor was going to be dramatically more expensive. I instantly feel in love with these people. I got old country doctor (with the little black bag that comes to your house in the middle of the night) vibes right off the bat. During our visit I quickly realized that he was actually trying to fix the problem, not just alleviate my symptoms...and save me money. CRAZY RIGHT?!? He even called to check up on me...I never knew customer service and genuine concern were a part of medicine in our modern system. They truly listen, and truly seek to help people. When I have needed anything, or had questions about anything at all, they have never failed to go above and beyond to make sure I was well. That blood work ended up costing $27 (for the exact same tests) and $120 for the one hour visit. By the way, he was in the room talking to me the ENTIRE hour. I was so used to doctors coming in for 2 minutes and writing the prescription, because I checked 3 out of 5 boxes, without ever trying to figure out what would actually work that I was a little shocked at first. Ever since the first day not only have they never let me down, I have seen them extend kindness to others on an unprecedented level. EVERY single person I have ever referred to them has loved them as well. When I say this has changed my life I honestly mean it. I have been going there for about three years since that first day. I was forced to neglect my own health needs for a long time, please don't wait as long as I did and suffer unnecessarily. If you don't have your health, you don't have anything. Hadn’t had a problem until last phone call and phone visit. Told him I had lab results with an infection. Prescribed me 2 meds. They didn’t work. Called back and was spoken to extremely rudely by the receptionist. Talking as if I’m just another patient and there are many other patients that are higher priority. I asked if I could speak to the doctor again because I was still sick & hurting. Was told the doc would give me a call back. Waited 2-3 days and nothing… so I called back during business hours multiple times and left a message and was called back with attitude. Wants me to pay the bill but CANT TREAT ME. already out $40 bucks with the meds that didn’t work.

Dr. McClain and his lovely wife Sean are an amazing team! They truly care about people. It’s such a personable experience every time I go, or talk to them. They truly listen to you. They make those that see the corruption in the healthcare system feel sane. So thankful to have found them! ?

Dr. John and Sean are both amazing!!! My family has been going here since 2020 and we love them! Both Dr.John and Sean are both professional, kind, knowledgeable, go above and beyond for their patients and they truly care about who they are serving. When you visit the dr office you will feel very welcomed, acknowledged and they will know you and your family on a personal level. I haven’t seen this kind of caring in a doctor setting before. They are amazing and make me feeling very comfortable and confident to take my children to them! Highly recommend Your family Doc to anyone looking for a new doctor.

Dr. John McClain & Sean are the absolute BEST! I am so TRULY BLESSED to have this team take care of my medical needs. I have been seeing Dr. McClain for 3 years now & he is ALWAYS a caring physician that listens. He takes time to contact me personally on medical issues. He is very attentive when you are in his office as well. You never feel rushed or ignored. This man has truly been called to help heal people. I cannot express enough how THANKFUL for them I am.

Absolutely wonderful. Care about their patients. You don't have to wait three months to get an appointment. The list goes on and on. I can't say enough to express how blessed we are to be patients here. I refer everyone here. They made all the difference while my family dealt with major health issues.
