Tyesha and Gale at the front desk are awesome! I had an issue and they handled it very friendly and professional! Tyesha went above and beyond and actually cares about people not just the bottom line. Also, the facility is always very clean and the pool is great!
Update: Be aware of the cancellation policy. You can only cancel in person and you have to give 30 days notice, or they will charge you for two more months instead of one.

HARD NO! The Website is very vague and once they have your card info they will charge you whatever they want. All I wanted was before school care and was charged 2x for a membership. I am unable to get anyone on the phone to cancel membership all they advise is no refunds.

your kids will be yelled at by counselors and bullied while attending summer camp here. The amount of bullying incidents I saw was crazy. Not even just kids fighting each other, but counselors would engage too.
chaotic and hectic work environments. If you work here, go with the flow and don’t expect anything to be done correctly.

Great facility. Great customer service. Gym, basketball, soccer... lots of kids sports. Many diverse adult classes from exercise to yoga.

It's small, and crowded machines aren't fun to navigate through. Great basketball and cardio areas, but even with access to all YMCA facilities, it's overpriced for what you get. Just my opinion

This YMCA is poorly managed and the Sports Director, Paige Savage is very unprofessional. She has the team screen all of her calls and will not speak with parents even when she is available. My husband has made calls with no follow up and that was 5 weeks ago. I tried calling and they just send me to her voicemail and her team even said they don't know if or when she will respond. Our team's coach has emailed and no response to her either. In what business model is this okay?

Awesome facility full of activities for children. The Laker basketball game was adorable. I enjoyed the way the coaches encouraged all the children! It definitely is an atmosphere for the children to grow.

This place was freezing cold when I got there. Probably around 55 degrees inside??? I mentioned it and they didn't seem to care. I could hardly stay and wait for my grandson to be done with practice. This was in the only hallway there. Rediculous. I was there Friday night at 6p.m.

It is very difficult to reach staff by phone during regular business hours. The line continues to ring and repeats the same message with no one answering the phone- this is very unprofessional.
