Good experience from check-in to check-out. Friendly, attentive office staff in a warm, comfortable setting. Nursing staff took detailed information. Dr. Brasher-Giles really LISTENED - she wasn't looking at a computer, she made good eye contact and probed for details. She also explained rationale for actions.
