Very bad customer service. Asked for all sorts of things and wasted my time for days just because I wanted to open an account. Thank God I went to a nearby Chase account I was answered to immediately!

Mentally challenged people shouldn't work at banks.

Another example of big banking providing as little customer support as possible.
After 15 mins of voice mail maze you finally get a person in a foreign land . No companies want to be bothered with helping their customers.
What is happening to our country???

We had a great experience here. We were greeted and taken care of right away. Lisa was knowledgeable and helpful. She got us set us up super fast.

Last Saturday I was at this branch to make a cash deposit for a business account. Long story short, the account isn't mine, it's for a non-profit organization I'm volunteering a lot for. I don't have full access to the account, I only have the account number and I am trusted to make the cash deposits for them. I have been doing this for 7 years and have never EVER had an issue. Until this past Saturday. Some girl, Tamara helped me. First she tried to "help me do this electronically". I said no thank you, explained my case and how this is the only way I can deposit... Then, I had 7 dollars in quarters and one dollar in a mix of nickels and dimes and she told me she couldn't take them. Maybe it's her ridiculous fake long nails that inhibit her ability to pick up coins off the counter. She told me to roll them, I had to correct her and tell her it's not enough to roll. She said she'll take the coins THIS ONE TIME but next time I have to go to the coinstar machine. In 7 years, to all the different branches I've been, nobody has said this to me and I have deposited far more coins than this. I can't control how people donate money to my organization. All currency is welcome for me, so sorry, not sorry Tamara from Wells Fargo, money is money and I will continue to bring it here.

Wells Fargo has definitely gone down. No wonder people are flocking away. 3 inside bankers and they are all booked up until close? Really. Appointments. How long is each session? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Time go look for another bank. They rather me open one up online. Hell. Might as well just put ATM's inside at each teller. No need for bankers sounds like.

Do NOT go in their @ 1:30 expecting to see a banker before they close. That is simply not enough time for them. Very slow workers.

If I could give zero stars that's what they'd get. They have the worst customer service ever. My husband has been trying to call the bank to talk to the branch manager for two days now and he either gets the run around or no one answers. He still hasn't spoken to the branch manager! I had to come in two days in a row to be able to get a debit card again another run around situation that should have been quick and easy and really the banker that we sat with almost a week ago to add me to the account should have done it! Now instead I'm sitting here for the second day and get to wait and wait and wait as they are not staffed efficiently at all. The branch manager sits at the front like a Walmart greeter and is basically useless. Trying to get my husband to switch banks. Wells Fargo used to be good but has gone severely downhill!

Customer service is no longer a priority. We must STILL make an appointment “online” to get any help! What??? What about a 93 year old lady that has never been able to book an appointment online? It’s a sad day when the customer is no longer important. The employees were standing around talking, yet would not help me as I walked in needing only about 15 minutes to take care of a situation which WF is now charging my mom for! They made this change without even notifying us. Just started a new charge on the account. If I could, I would move our banking, but it’s just too challenging in these times. They know that. That’s why WF no longer cares.

Today I went to try and open a savings account for my daughter and the man sitting next to the door was very rude. When I told him I wanted to open an account and make some changes to another account he said if I didn't have an appointment he couldn't do anything for me today. I have been a member for over 20 years and never have I walked into the bank offering to deposit money and be turned away. I was very disappointed on how the situation was handled and the lack of customer service and willingness to help with any kind of solution.
